I have used Gooten as a POD fulfillment service for the past three years and I have never had any of the issues that so many other experiences w/their competitors. If I have any questions, their customer service is always top-notch. I highly recommend entrusting your business needs to Gooten.

We love Gooten have products others POD dont have, like the acrylics blocks, canvas, pack folded cards and yoga mats… And we loved how our designs look. Also their support team is AWESOME… besides of how the platform work, also if you have any question of how to get more customers, education, etc.. they help you!

I use multiple print on demand companies for my products and my business's and Gooten is my favorite one to use. The interface is super easy to use and they have a great selection of products. The turn around time is quick and I have never had any issues with delays. I've used customer service a couple times and they are quick and efficient to handle the issues on hand and back up their products 100%. I highly recommend.

I鈥檝e utilized Gooten for my drop ship print on demand needs for the last few years. While several months during the 鈥淐ovid-crisis鈥?were a struggle, Gooten was not the only print on demand company, or company in general that dealt with delays, an overload of customer service inquiries, etc. so anyone complaining based off of that time period has not been with Gooten prior to Covid and has not noticed the very noticeable changes that have been implemented in the last few months. Product selection is great, shipping is a bit expensive but that鈥檚 the case everywhere, especially lately since USPS has recently raised their shipping costs AGAIN. Their website is easy to use, I personally don鈥檛 sync it to my Etsy shop and just manually submit orders as they come through to make sure everything is correct. Customer service response times could be a big faster, especially when it comes to a time sensitive emergent need, and the option to add a gift message to the packing slip would be amazing, but these are all things that seem to be in planning mode and I hope to see them implemented in the near future. I鈥檝e used other print on demand companies and Gooten has remained my favorite, even through the difficult times so I still highly recommend them.

So overall I really like the variety of products from Gooten and that they introduced dynamic routing which means lower shipping rates from this year on… let's hope that this does not lower the quality of the products/fulfillment. For the future I would wish that they can introduce more branding options, because as a brand you need places where you can put your logo/branding. And maybe someday we can see sewn labels or something like this? Hope Gooten will continue to add more fashionable and trendy products!

I love using Gooten overall. A lot of their products are great quality. Especially their printed calendars and other photo print options. While the prices of certain products (like the calendars) are quite high, I have found that the quality is necessary for the price. Most calendars are not made for true artistic quality, while Gootens are. That is why I will be returning to them this year to make more calendars.

I like Gooten as a supplier, their products allows variety and the products that can be created are unique. I appreciate their prices allowing my items in store to be lowered. Shipping is affordable and there is no design print charge. Highly recommended.

I've been Gooten for over a year now and haven't had any issues. My orders have all gone out on time, so I've never had to contact support for anything yet. Plus the prices are a lot lower than other companies, so it helps me to make a decent profit.

I'm an artist and love using Gooten for my products!! I mainly order t-shirts and my customers always say how soft they are. I've started testing out other products as well and am very impressed with the quality. I will continue to use Gooten and tell other artists to use them as well!

1 Year ago, I would place 10-30 orders a day with Gooten, they were brilliant! 1 Year later they have fallen HARD! Website shows 1 Day production times, i am now on day 14. Orders arent turning up and they ve changed their customer support service and its gone to the dogs. When you do get a response, the team are nice and friendly, but hands are tied. I understand COVID 19 was a hard time, but other suppliers are super fast, incredibly efficient and Ive been really lucky to have a fall back. For Gooten, in this scenario, moving the company backwards will be better than moving forwards.

I have been using Gooten for 4 years now. I am beyond impressed with the quality of their products. The printing quality is beautiful! Their prices are the best I've seen in the print on demand world. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I really appreciate the webinars they send out. Super helpful! I have all 5 star reviews on my website thanks to them. Can't see what they come out with next!

If you value your time or have a company that may suffer from unexpected and indefinite delays, DO NOT GO WITH GOOTEN.
They cannot even service the simplest of customer support requests. For example, when you place an order on hold, they force you to go through their customer support ticket system to change the order status back to 'In progress'. However, as many other people have noted, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT. It takes days/weeks, not hours or minutes, to service issues that are trivial in nature (like changing order status).
Whoever is in charge of customer support needs to be fired, there is no excuse with modern resources for trivial support requests to take days.
I REPEAT. DO NOT RISK IT.

I have several items in my Etsy shop using this printer Have used them for a few months and I'm starting to think I'm going to have to stop using them. I have 2 orders that have issues and I cannot receive a reply. One they sent a short sleeve shirt when the order was for long sleeves. The other a size 6 month was ordered and they received a 12 month. I understand mistakes happen but not replying to my requests for help for 2 days is not acceptable. I have customers who are unhappy and that reflects on me, not Gooten. I'm giving them one more day to respond and then I'll be looking for another provider.

I absolutely hate them! I was looking for a company to do my POD and ordered samples. There was a mix up in the shipping and I've been trying to contact them. They have ZERO customer service! Beware! They have my money, I have no product!!!

Started my yoga mat store … have been having issues and have reached out to Gooten 7 times , it鈥檚 now been 4 months still no reply … it鈥檚 like they have left their whole business 鈥? BEWARE! The website will probably shut down very soon I鈥檓 sure , they are clearly scam artists , stealing people鈥檚 money and not shipping products , they should be ashamed

App looked good with good product and good prices but I've had a few problems with the app and reached out to customer service for no response.
I have now reached out 4 times I've the past month and no response….. I have had to get another app, what a waste of time. You guys need to hire a customer service team….

Customer service does not exist. Do not reply to emails for weeks sometimes months.
Yet they have the time and audacity to reply to my Shopify review within an hour with a copy pasted reply.
It is not difficult to fix this problem but their management seem inept and unable to deliver basic customer service.

And just when you thought they couldn't go any lower.
They have started to use a new tactic now.
They mark your order as shipped but they don't actually ship it or have it fulfilled, they just create a shipping label with the courier, that way they receive a tracking number, after that, they mark your order as shipped and add a tracking number.
I have an order that is marked shipped two weeks before they actually shipped it and a lot of orders about a week or more and a lot of them still waiting to be shipped but marked shipped long time ago.
It would be good if I could attach screenshots to show it.

They suck !!! Their customer support is the worst. I've wrote to them more than several times and I haven't heard anything from them in over a month. They keep sending wrong orders too. Worst customer service= no customer service which is exactly what they're doing. I've had to dispute the transactions with my bank because there's no way I'm refunding customers and letting them keep my money when it's them who messed up. I'm switching back to printful once they reopen. Gooten doesn't have what it takes to stay up to date with the demand.

This is the worst ever company i ever used. They don't answer emails, calls, nothing.
Etsy close my account, more than two months inproduction for orders, still in production on Gooten this time.
All Gooten did are answering angry customers on Facebook saying, that they feel sorry. bring up Reviews on your facebook page to see.
For people that are looking for POD partners, this is the worst ever company. Stay away if you are selling on etsy or other marketplaces, Shopify, you will get a lot of troubles.
If you Gooten can't handle the situation, just stop accepting orders, its so simple.

During COVID-19 they said 72 hour customer service response time. This is a lie, it's more like 10-15 day response time. It's ridiculous. T-shirts take around 20 days to produce now. Stay away.
