Goossens Wonen & Slapen

After visiting couple of shops, we decided to buy boxspring from 'Goossens wonen & slapen' Leiderdorp.
Model & color of the boxspring selected was solely based on the fact that it will be delivered in 3 weeks i.e. Week 29. Considering extra delivery time required for customization, we decided to proceed further without customization and only with available stock.
After paying advance, I received invoice via Email, to my surprise invoice has clause 'Deze order is definitief, klant is op de hoogte van 30% kosten bij annulatie en wijzigen'. Of course, my order was final as they promised to deliver it early, but salesperson didn't think it was important to mention that there are charges of 30% in case of any changes or cancellation. It's my mistake as well, I completely trusted salesperson to explain and mention all facts before making purchase instead of going through all the clauses.
Now here comes another surprise, Yesterday I received email to choose delivery date & time and first available day is in week 34, almost 5 weeks delay. Currently I am stuck, don鈥檛 have proper bed already facing issues with neck & back pain and only option is to wait.
To summaries, not all the information was provided by salesperson, maybe it was not important for them to mention charges required for changes or cancellation. Looks like commitment of delivery time in 3 weeks was just another sales tactic. I will prefer open and honest information rather than incomplete information and false commitment.
