I never signed up or used this VPN. Now years later i noticed monthly reductions being made from my bank account under the name ''Buckaroo Stichting Derdengender''.. ??

I haven't signed up for this. all i did was check out the website then signed up for some free-trail that i didn't even end up using. Within these 2 years ive never even used your VPN. don't know how it got approved to take my payments i never filled in any credentials or anything in that regard.

Also i didn't receive any emails of me signing up for a membership. bit weird?

First I had trouble paying as the website couldn't give me the correct discounted price. This was resolved by means of a custom link. Now having installed the VPN it is not possible to watch any UK catch-up television such as iPlayer/ITV hub via the VPN, meaning it is not possible to watch catch-up from abroad. A major benefit lost!
Support is very quick and knowledgeable

Have used Goose VPN for several years. Only recurring issue is that the application de-installs without a prompt from me. This happened last night and I needed to reinstall the application and reset preferences.

Awful, untrustworthy and poor/rude customer service.

30 day free trial im now on 2nd day and so far tried over 5 of the best VPN Express VPN, Avast, CybeerGhost, Surfshark (don't use this!!! they try to charge you the same day of free trial) and few others I think if I can remember correctly.

So far Goose VPN has been reliable and shows in their status page that it has never been down in last 7 days and that is really assuring.

I highly recommend new possible customers to try Goose VPN and experience fast and reliable VPN that stands out as one of the best VPN available although I wish they had more US servers

New to VPN, easy to set up and use, no loss of broadband speed, prompt support when required. Highly recommended

Barely works (HBO, Hulu, etc). I had to switch to another service.

In overall it is a good company. I purchased them in 2018 to watch Russian TV from the Netherlands.

However such disappointment – the company significantly reduced the number of available servers.

Russia and Ukraine are not available anymore while I paid for the whole year.

But apps both iOS + android TV are very nice and easy to use. Really 1 click to make it running.

Worked right away on the PC but could not get it to work on the Mac. The VPN password protocol was the issue. Downloaded NORD and it worked without a hitch.

This VPN deserves five stars. It鈥檚 a dynamite VPN.

Do not trust Goose VPN.

Last Monday I signed up free 30 day deal + 12 month contract and paid the annual subscription and then downloaded – HOWEVER I could not connect my device(s) .

By Wednesday after 鈥榦n line chats鈥? and communicating with (no phone calls allowed) their 鈥榮upport teams鈥?I decided to cancel and went through the on line requested steps and of course expected a refund.
THEN the DENIAL began ; 鈥?have not received your request – have not received your payment (even though it is evident in my Goose Account) – is too late because it is over 30 days since I signed on !!( excuse me it is not even a week) – the fact that although even they were unable to CONNECT me, it has nothing to to do with it.

Having had at least 3 鈥榦n line chats鈥?and some 50 emails back and forth My assumption is they are a Dutch Company of 鈥榮harp practice鈥檃nd out for the quick buck.

On principal I have not finished with this, even today they plead ignorance.

I鈥檝e only just got this program, it seems to be working fine.

Quick, easy and cheap VPN. Website and help guides are very easy to use and understand.

It doen't work

Currently Goose VPN does not work with BBC i-player or ITV hub.

Not obvious there seems to be a 50gb per month limit with the lifetime subscription.

Easy to use, relatively cheap and choice between three different subscriptions, great!
