In rebuttal of their response below: When I received the item I carefully opened the packaging, opened the box removed the item from the plastic bag and noticed that it was not the correct model. I immediately repackaged the item. I never used it or scuffed it and the photo that I sent to the company shows no scuffs. Due to the poor treatment by their customer service staff I want no further involvement with the company. Go Open Box would like for me to pay for shipping both ways. I am happy to return the item when I receive the pre-paid mailing label.
Yes, they did send multiple emails – they continued to essentially say that I am lying about whether I had used the tool. This is slander. I am willing to sign an affidavit that I have not used it and have it inspected by a third party to verify this fact. This is despicable behavior by this company.
