Purchased a product that had quality issues, multiple email outreaches, no response. How is Gwenyth's name on this?

If you aren't using goop skincare, you are insane. Perfect customer service. Love everything else I have ordered as well. Thanks so much for making it so easy.

I'm online looking a specific item. A vesper 24k Nekalce. I paid $174.00. The USPS driver never knocked in my door and claimed I wasn't home. Yet I was on the lookout and stayed home just to sign off on this package. I call and arrange a pick up at the USPS center. An hour later I got a notification saying sender requested a return. I go on the website to check my order status and all of my info is cleared and nonexistent. At this point I'm like WTF. I go to call to no avail, I email and it can't even be sent just stuck in que. I have tried to email from multiple accounts and to no avail. This is a $#*!ing scam. Yet they took my funds and have not issued a refund. I'm pissed beyond my control. If you are thinking to order than think again. A wise person learns from others mistakes. SMH in utterly disbelief that I am out if nearly $200.00

So I just had the opportunity to watch Gwyneth Paltrow's GOOP segment on the PRP facial and PDO Threads. I am so disappointed in what I saw. If this segment were to be compared to one of her candle scents it would have to be called This Smells Like My $#*!. What she shows is complete $#*! and not even accurate. Her PRP facial was super super $#*!ty and done with a $#*!ty system that is the equivalent of something you would find in a high school chemistry lab. No safety glasses or mask worn by the provider doing the procedure either. They claim to have done PDO Threads and in reality showed PDO Cogs, not threads. Cogs are a pretty aggressive treatment and NOT a good representation of how easy PDO Thread placement can be. Plus the woman looked horrible after the Cogs were placed. In my personal opinion Gwyneth Paltrow should stick to making candles and if she ever decides to do another segment on PRP or PDO Threads perhaps seek out real professionals who not only do what they say they are going to do, but do it correctly. I firmly believe her segment will scare the $#*! out of my clients and unfortunately prevent them from trying these amazing procedures. I can not stress how horrible this segment.

Jade vaginal egg $60??? Crazy. The same item is on eBay for 拢3.74 AND you get 3 different sizes.
Sorry but Goop is simply a rip-off. Same applies to their other jade and Rose quartz items
They also say their ingredients are ethical – no they are not! Rose quartz items come from large quarries in Madagascar where workers are in unsafe conditions and work for pennies. Then they are sent to China and formed in Large factories. Goop LIES and needs shutting down

How totally disgusting to present a candle referring to your vagina! Who the hell do you think you are, Gwynnie? and why in the hell do you believe that you have the answers to all of life's trials and tribulations? Just STOP trying to prove to the public that you are relevant. You're a total narcissist with nothing but money and crass crap to peddle!
Should have stuck to acting.. at best you were decent at that. All women should be offended at this horrific, money grabbing website!

Total and utter scam, none of it works. I got some of the crystals for my wife and they are identical to the rocks I get for my fish tank. Stay away, or just pick up a rock from a gravel driveway nearby.

While browsing the Goop site I decided to take a look at some of her clothing. All I can say is… boooorrring. The site offered a SACK dress with shoulder straps for a whopping $276. Are you KIDDING me?? WHO would pay that kind of money for some shift that could easily be sewn in less than an hour for pennies on the dollar!! Just INSANE pricing on mundane clothing choices. Evidently Gwenneth believes she can sell this kind of crap for big bucks because she's rich and famous. Anyone who falls for it is just plain stupid. Take the money you would have spent on those boring, wayyy overpriced clothes and give it to someone who needs it.

Something doesn't add up when I see pictures of Goop Offices with 250 people in Santa Monica. How can their customer service be as lacking as it is? I returned 2 bathing suits, Heard nothing from Goop, tried to contact them, no body ever answers the phone. And much of the time it seemed to be out of service. I thought I was dealing with a rip-off brand. I tried calling for weeks. Could never get through. No body answered my emails after the first one that said we are a small team, but we'll get back to you. Eventually I got through and was issued a credit, but everything was rushed and uncivilized, the person on the line was "so busy with the sale" that she just issued the over $500. credit. Beware. Something is wrong with this experience. Do they stall issuing credits because they have a cash flow problem? Has Gwyneth ever called her customer service line? Does she know about this. I rather think she must.

If you want to spend money on life style items that are not only non-scientific but also potentially harmful to you, this is the place to do it! If you're the type of person that believes that vaccines are bad for you but still rely on the health care system to help you with your ailments, this is also the store for you. Goop is for gullible people who have too much money on their hands. Do yourself a favour, instead of spending here, place your money in a low-cost ETF and shelter it in a tax favourable account. It'll help you more than (for your retirement) than spending money on this site will.

Don't call and expect to talk with a live person, and by the way if you were to get a live person you better make sure you call during "normal east coast hours". If you email, you'll get a response that gee, sorry, we're a small group and we'll get back to you in 24 – 48 hours…a very lame excuse if you're trying to be a national online distributor. I returned my third order of the High Scoot Genes vitamins because I felt no difference and upon comparison, they were no different than my $30/mo vitamins. It has been nearly 3 weeks since they received the return (according to the tracking number) and I still haven't not received a credit, nor have I been able to get an explanation.

Do not do automatic shipping. Impossible to cancel. I had to cancel my credit card to stop order. Nobody in customer service gets back to you. Must be a cheap company with no one working there and Gwyneth laughing all the way to the bank.

Over the past several weeks I have sent over 6 emails to Goop inquiring about a product submission. However, now, after reading the posts on this page, I won't bother as their customer service rates at below basement level. I also copied in my messages to other email personnel listed on their web site. They are a joke as no one responds.

Ordered on Aug 5, the website said will ship the following 2 business days in normal week. 5 days later today, no one even reply my email!!! I need it for my friend's birthday, now I have to buy another gift for her. Wasting my time and far behind my expectations! The worst online shopping experience ever.

1. I placed my first order with Goop online and received a website error when trying to finalize my order. 2. Contacted Goop and was told the reason was that they didn't have my billing address, so I gave it to them for them to enter and "force my order through on the backside." 3. To my reply with my billing address, Kelsey responded that the item I ordered – which was available when I placed it in my cart – was no longer available. 4. I asked why the subscription option which was available over the weekend when I placed the items in my cart was not appearing to provide the regular service and lower price. 5.Melisa responded subscriptions were no longer being offered for one of the products and that when the item was back in stock, the subscription option would once again be available. 6. I responded that the subscription option was also not available for the other item in my cart which had also been an option when I placed it in my cart. 7. Melisa then responded that they had turned off the subscription option for its Goop line. 8. Melisa, the "customer experience" representative completely disregarded that all items and options were available when I placed the items in my cart a day or so ago. 9. When I told her that for the first time I had ever placed an order with Goop and that I found the whole thing very frustrating, she replied in total "We sincerely apologize for your poor experience." I expected more from Gwyneth's modern life business. These people, especially Melisa Lerner, have no class and no sincerity. SoulCycle would never treat its customers like this.

So I read the marketing language about how the Goop eyeliner is natural-looking; I bought. It arrived and found that it applies in a big thick line, kind of a 1950s prostitute look. No return labels are included, it had to be emailed to me with a note that if I used the company supplied label, my refund is docked $10. So I paid for my own shipping back to Goop. The refund is still $10 less than I paid. The best part is the note that says, "We made you whole". Hardly. The whole thing is complete baloney.
