Bought a limited edition Legend of Zelda: Windwaker there, which includes a disc with 3 extra games.
They shipped me the game without the extra disc. I sent them a polite message asking if they could send me that disc. They claimed they didn't have it. On their website however that extra disc was sold separately. When I send them the link that they did in fact have the disc and they could send it to me, they changed their tune and said my purchase didn't include it. It took me weeks to get a refund, and was lucky to have bought it through bol.com, who mediated on my behalf.
