When my sun glasses arrived I was so disappointed, never seen such a cheap nasty looking set of specs in my life. I know the saying buy cheap get cheap but I ordered another pair from a similar company, completely the opposite the glasses were fantastic value, looked great, should have stuck with them.

I placed an order and then emailed to request cancellation the next day. Given that consumers in the UK have legal rights to cancel orders placed online, I expected a prompt confirmation of cancellation. Instead, I received a reply saying how sad they were and asking why I wished to cancel. I replied to say because I no longer wanted them; I needed glasses quicker (next week) and was worried about poor fit but still they would not cancel the order, instead they asked me to use their website to ensure they fit well. It was just infuriating the fact they were ignoring my request to cancel. I found the multiple emails and delay in cancelling my order to be very rude and pushy. After their second email refusing to cancel, I phoned the freephone helpline and asked for a refund. I was told it would take 48 hours to issue the Paypal refund. Hopefully I won't have to beg them twice more to receive it. After this experience, I wouldn't shop here again.

For the first time wrong glasses arrived – I ordered two pairs, arrived only one and different with wrong description (not mine). Long communication with support than I was asked to order new ones – at first I did not understand why, because I thougth it would be easier to take my already placed order, then I understood – the problem was, that one of the chosen frames was sold out so I had to choose different one. The "new" order was sent and I waited and waited and then I found out that it was sent to my country, but not delivered to my address but sent back to the shop….nobody was able to explain that.

This is not one of the numerous fake post here. I've used this company twice and had horrible results both times. After ordering you will notice that your order status will show 'in production'. It will stay that way for months unless you call customer service. They will lie to you and say that your order is being held my the postal service due to covid-19, this is just one of the three lies told to me by customer NO service. My only advice to anyone who may still want to do business with Goggles4U is to use a major credit card, not a debit card. This way after you have had enough of customer NO service you can do a charge back and get your money back right away.
As for your response, again you are not telling the whole truth, I did request a refund but the customer NO SERVICE agent kept telling me that the glasses were now magically ready to ship. That never happened and I had to do a charge back with the credit card company. In addition to this you know that Covid-19 has affected tour production, a little truth and transparency would go a long way, notify your customers of delays prior to taking their money. As for the reviews being fake the site 'Fakespot' would disagree with your assertion that the good reviews are authentic. My last point will be to advise anyone reading these reviews, please know that somehow some way the terrible reviews keep disappearing and just the glowing reviews remain. Michael

I bought two pairs glasses 2000649504 and 2000649908, took 6 weeks to arrive and could not wear them vivocals, they hurt my eyes straight away. Customer services were good and said donate them to charity shop and they will refund for both pairs.Refund apparently is taking place now and I am grateful for their help thank you

WOW, To all unlucky ones on this site, I have ordered 4 pairs of glasses with this company, had a blip here and there but given the price I paid for designer glasses to knock around glasses I found them excellent.
Great 24/7 chat line very helpful, e mail support staff very good.They in my view look after their customers very well. Here in England you are conned and ripped off, I in the pass have dealt with the major opticians never again. Good work Googles 4u and thank you for a good product at a very fair price.

First and foremost I ordered my glasses back in December here it is the middle of January and it's being shipped from overseas and have absolutely no idea when I am going to get my glasses. For two the customer service is very rude and they just enjoy hanging up on people for three or took me a week to even figure out where my order was said they didnt have an order with that number… And for (4) before my order was even shipped out I clearly stated I wanted a refund and they stated I was as NOT allowed a refund because the order is in production being processed!!! Okay so.you had no problem taking my money quick but there is an issue with getting my refund back.. so now apparently my glasses are some where overseas. And apparently there company is in California… I can promise you if I was able to give a zero star I would!! Would I ever reccomend anyone to this company? Absolutely NOT!!! Worst company I have ever in my life dealt with one UNHAPPY customer…

I love this company they always get back to me in a timely matter to resolve any issues I've ever had. Quickly exchanging are refunding they try to make it most continent for you. I will always and forever choose this company to get my eyewear.

Great price but to fimsy So flimsy they don't stay around my ears….and no line bifocal is a tiny to low and very important…they don't turn dark outside, well alittle but not near enough

Great product and great support.
I have been ordering my glasses from Googles4u for many years now and it has been a great product and service, I ordered couple of pair last month with my new prescription numbers and was not happy with quality (got headache). Googles4u support team found out that eye sphere numbers were wrong. Support team replaced my glasses and I am more happy with this product and I will referring them to more friends as I was doing so.

Having read some of the reviews I was a little reluctant to make a purchase. However I was swayed by the low cost and the fact that these glasses were for nothing more than work. I have not been disappointed. I selected two sets of glasses, input my prescription and had them at my door within 3 weeks. There are a series of reviews describing problems with the lenses, mine are perfect. I cannot fault my vision. The frames themselves are of good quality and look more expensive than they really are. On reflection I would without any shadow of doubt purchase from googles4u in future and will be referring friends and family alike.

Put an order in Monday for which the payment was taken. However now Friday and still no confirmation by email that my order has been placed. So down one star at the first fence. However they have managed one level of communication, which is to spam my email with voucher codes. I can鈥檛 think why I be interested in buy glasses 72 hours after placing an order, especially given that basic customer service is so poor. So down one star for the spam email. Get it together peeps. I need confirmation of sale, order ID it鈥檚 not hard, it鈥檚 the same technology that generated your spam email.

American company with a delivery time of 2-3weeks!! Was unaware of this when ordering a pair of glasses from them. Updates of your orders is low at best so don't expect to be able to track your order. Gave one star as prices are good.

First experience was OK then i decided to put in another order.
I got sent the wrong order and 3 weeks after sending an email to them, nothing has been done about it.
