What a Scam – This company is a scam. I signed up for a free 7 day trial. The disk that they sent did not run. I attempted to log in to the website and the user name and password that I was "assigned" did not work. I cancelled the service and a month and a half later they were al of the sudden charging my account for a full membership! What really makes this a great experience is that since they waited over a month to charge me I no longer qualified for any money back guarantees that they offered because those expire after 30 days. Tell me – what good is a money back guaratee if they wait to bill you until after that period is over?

When I called customer service I was told that they had no record of my cancellation and that they were just being nice by not billing me any earlier. I asked repetedly to talk to a supervisor and was refused sayint that it is not their policy to allow customers to talk to their supervisors.

I am now out over $100 because they screwed up their process. Stay away – I think the money tree is the one they are growing with the scams they are running on their members.

Buyer Beware – I ordered a disc from googlemoneytree.com to see if I am interested in working from home. I notice that this company deducted over $70.00 out of my checking account and I still have not received the disc. I called the company and of cause they are not going to refund the money. So not only did I pay $3.88 for an introductory disc but I was also told that $71.00 and some change will be taken monthly out of my account. Needless to say I cancelled that account and to be on the safe side I closed out the checking account. So if you have money to give away "GoogleMoneyTree" is the way to go!
