I have been trying to cancel Google books Internet CA(California) for 7.99 each month since March 2018!! They REFUSE to cancel my subscription! Per numerous calls to a black hole phone# and automated email stating we dont show any cancellations?! Lies!!! Then cancel NOW! Nothing…They can clearly see I am not using it. My bank says they are tricking the system…so I have to put stop payments on it EVERY month…or cancel my WHOLE checking acct of over 20 years (direct deposits residual bill pays etc.,) Ugh? I'm going to report to BBB in California also
