Google Express

This review for google my business support staff. support system does not work at all. support staff does not read before reply to the email. Google should replace the current support staff or monitor carefully the staff. Most staff Indian and they have zero knowledge about Google.

I wish I could give less than zero on a rating because Google Express does not honor the prices of their vendors and suppliers.I've tried many times to rectify a situation I had with multiple orders only to find rude offensive and incompetent reps,supervisors and management. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GOOGLE EXPRESS ! YOU WILL GET BURNED ! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED ! Thenk You.
