Bought tires off website. The installer never received them or the order so been working on getting charge removed for over 2 weeks.

Great tires.
Awesome traction and lasted for a long period. About 5 years if I am not mistaken.

Goodyear isn't worth the trouble here is what I just received I gotta $88 refund and a gift card and now there telling me the gift card is no good and the numbers on it is no good leave it to Goodyear thanks Goodyear never again a customer of yours.. I'd post a picture but they won't let me laughing. What a joke GOODYEAR

Friendly helpful and professional customer service. They always inform me on what needs to be done.

BUYER BEWARE – When you purchase tires online from Goodyear, THERE IS NOT FREE ROTATION, NOR ARE YOU ABLE TO GET ROAD HAZARD. When they are shipped to your local Goodyear store they are INDEPENDENT DEALERS who just install tires and have NO interest in service even though their sign says Goodyear out front. This is NOT made clear anywhere. So surprise if you want your tires rotated. $$$$. Any money you save buying them online will soon be spent in tire maintenance costs!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Wish there was a -0 star! I've had 3 dealings with them over the past 12 years. The first time I purchased over $1200 in tires for my work van. The service was horrible, took forever and the staff was rude and un-attentive. I dealt with them again 5 years later thinking it would be better and same issues. Bad service, took there time and let customers stand around and they were rude! So again, I gave them another chance 6 years after that! I scheduled an 8am appt for new tires that I purchased at Goodyear.com weeks in advanced and paid with my Goodyear credit card. I showed up at 8am sharp. The guy was at the counter, I said good morning, he looked at me and didn't say one word. He then left me standing there for a long while 10-15 mins without acknowledging my existence. Going to the back office and returning to the computer multiple times until I could not take it no more and left! Needless to say I will reschedule with another local tire shop & I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH GOODYEAR AT 15 BARNETT BLVD POUGHKEEPIE NY 12603 AGAIN!!!

Pffft! Political Tyres aren鈥檛 the one!

Some of their store employees are very rude and knows nothing about customer service especially the ones in Deptford, NJ.

Never again will I ever purchase from Goodyear! Racist to the first degree!

These companies need to quit being political, be neutral and provide a service or a product.

All this does is create civil unrest which I am pretty sure they are aware of the implications. There is a reason why workplace etiquette use to be a common practice. Its because it politics in general is a sore spot for most, especially in the times we are in now.

In light of their recent comments and employee policies that were posted on Twitter, I will not be purchasing their products.

Goodyear Anti white racists i shall buy my tyres from someone else from now on way to run a business, well done.

I've bought from good year on several occasions. And due too there recent discrimination of trump supporters and there need to politicize a company. I will never purchase anything from them again.

I purchased these tyres on reviews & good price. What a big mistake. The tyres are very comfortable but that is where the praise ends. These tyres are shocking when i comes to feedback, they wobble when changing direction at any speed above 40 mph. It feels as though they are under inflated or almost flat & actually quite dangerous when changing direction. I think they are either faulty of have very soft side walls & that is with the extra load spec. I have run them over inflated to over 40 psi with no difference in handling just a more choppy ride.I have contacted Goodyear with my concerns & their response is that the tyres are not star marked for bmw cars, which basically means i should not have them on my car as bmw don't recommend them. I was told to take the tyres off and send them in to be checked, sure no car for weeks as they take a look at them and send them back with saying nothing wrong with them, don't think so. No way would i by Goodyear tyres again i'll stick to Michelin thanks. Tyres are now off the car as can't go the understeer / oversteer feeling every time i turn into a corner.

The tires seem fine so far. I'll update as they wear.
To get the tire rebate, they are now asking me to go back to the store and get a copy of the final paid bill which I never received, (I've sent them the Invoice already), bring it home, scan it and upload or mail it in. They could just call their own store to confirm purchase.

The actual tires are fine. Drove in the snow last night, minimal slipping.

Cons:
-I was charged for recycling 4 tires though I took 3 home.
-Nitrogen $40. Not something you need. My fault, I didn't notice it on the estimate.
-TPMS. Markup was triple the cost I found online but that's business.
-My windows were opened and then left open all day. The inside of my car was coated with a greasy dust.

My other place is clean, does tire dressing, free rotations.

Update, talked to the owner and was credited the extra recycling and got another credit. They are going to keep windows closed in cars.

April and Steven at the Goodyear in Redmond, Washington have been great anytime I have had questions or needed work to be done on my car. The tires she had recommended for my car have been awesome! I always come back to this location for any of my cars needs due to the friendly customer service and the quality work done schedule.

Robert helped me today at Good year in Martinez ca and he was awesome.

Please note, this review is being written in relation to Goodyear as in the company itself not any particular 'garage' – the people in head office or the people in charge do not value their staff members.

A member of my family worked for Goodyear for over 20 years, this person then passed and Goodyear have made the decision to not pay a pension that was paid into religiously – appalling.

Further action is currently underway.

So I came in to goodyear on Saturday, southland dr, Lexington, Ky, I had a nail in my tire and I asked the woman there if someone could help me, she was very rude and told me no they couldnt and if I needed service Id have to come back on Monday. There was no cars in the parking lot and only one person waiting, i asked why since there was no one there and she proceeded to say they were all booked and didnt have space available, so I couldnt figure out why they couldnt do a simple patch, so I left, and I usually love to go here but I think the woman needs to have a talk about customer service etiquette
