After I made the order and made payment (via bitcoin), I was asked for an addition $400 as an insurance premium. I was upset that this was not advised before I made the purchase. I contacted support, who said that they will not send out my purchase without the $400. I asked for a refund, they responded by saying 'I have to make a request to management for the refund'. When I asked for the details of management to request the refund, they ended the chat.

absolute scam they will take your money and wont get the product and wont respond to you .. remeber guys dont fall for their tricks. waste of money!! they will come across soemeone who is a hacker and they will regret scamming people !!
