I recently bought a day bed. The product was very good and the delivery communication was also good. There was a slight issue with the courier but this was quickly resolved. There was also an issue with one of the mattresses (it had become flattened due to being rolled up for transport) but this was a manufacturer issue and was quickly and easily resolved.

Although I had some problems with my item there was no problem getting those issues resolved (which I think is the most important thing – it's impossible to avoid the occasional issue, it's how they're resolved that's important).

I'm very happy with the product and the service and would use again.

When the bed arrived the headboard had a split.I emailed the company and received an immediate apology with a promise of a replacement within a week which duly arrived.No hassle .Great service.

My mother purchased over the phone as she doesn't like putting her card details in to a computer, she ended up chatting to the lady on the other end for almost 15 minutes. It made my mother's day as she lives alone, she was thrilled. The bed arrived quickly and as described. I would recommend and use GSC again
