My local Walgreens coupon price on my iPhone App was $30.63.

I was charged $48. 67. 50% more

Neither the pharmacy not GoodRx could explain this.

In the commercial it appears Good Rx gives you the lowest price on the phone app. No! It gives you the highest price. For that reason, its not recommended. The commercial makes you think they price match other pharmacies, while they did not. Instead, I would have had to drive 10 miles to save $5. I plan on removing the app from my phone. GRRRRR

Lately, we have found that the pharmacies in our area – Costco, Walmart, Safeway, and CVS do not honor the GoodRx prices. Therefore the discount program is pretty much a waste of our time. Here's our experience. 1) Get the best price from GoodRx.com 2) Doctor sends a Rx to that pharmacy. 3) Get to the pharmacy and they don't honor the price. 4) Call the doctor and take the next highest price that GoodRx has listed. 5) Go to pharmacy and they don't honor the price. You can see how this can be a total goose chase after doing many of these. I'm very unimpressed with the program. It seems like it used to work a year or so ago, but not now. My mother in law pays out of pocket, is not on Medicare Part D. For example we attempted to get medication today from Costco listed on GoodRx as $71.00. Price we had to pay – $94.50. This is a regularly taking place now. Too bad.

I had a question concerning my Gold Rx membership status and contacted customer service. The Representative was very efficient and pleasant and the whole contact lasted less than five minutes! I used my card today to assist purchasing three prescriptions and saved money on all three! BUT, if I had checked the website before making the purchase I COULD have saved even more if I went to a different pharmacy. Next time I鈥檒l check locations first! Today鈥檚 purchase savings paid for my monthly subscription for almost a year! I love Gold Rx!

My pay check hadn't hit my bank account yet. So my payment didn't go through. I called and the lady got it fixed right then while I was on the phone with her. She was very nice and friendly. I couldn't ask for better customer service. They have saved me alot of unnecessary money to the get my medication. It's so crazy how much they over charge you for something you have to have. Some people need those medications to live everyday. Thank you Good RX!!! You are saving lives without even realizing it!!!

I decided to give the gold plan a try since you received a free trial. Everything was great until I tried to use the card. The pharmacy refused to honor the program despite them being listed as a cooperating pharmacy. I paid the full price and called good rx. Customer service rep was great she was kind and tried to get a refund from the pharmacy for me and called each pharmacy and give them my info to ensure no further issues. A month goes by and again pharmacy not wanting to honor the membership. I called good rx again and the customer service representative today was great. She was friendly explained what could have happened and called and worked with the pharmacy to resolve the issue. She even verified the price and if my medication was ready. They truly have phenomenal customer service.

First off, I should say that I've used GoodRx for about 6- 7 months now to get discounts on my regular medications but am new to their premium Gold service. Additionally, I've been very happy so far with the savings from the free option so my expectations were not very high that I could get much more from the app. With this, I decided to trial their GoldRx plan at first for myself to see how it went given it seemed like a good value with the extra savings. After a month, I refilled my prescriptions with a new pharmacy I found through the app that provided better discounts than my current pharmacy. To my surprise found the entire experience extremely easy to navigate and hassle-free (pharmacy received my prescription without any issues and prices/ coupons were accepted as promised). After this positive experience, I decided to add my wife to the plan at $9.99/month for her regular prescriptions as well. I used the GoodRx Gold dedicated hotline to set-up her account and to my surprise, I got a live friendly, and knowledgable support person immediately. They helped me add her to my account, confirm that her medication was covered at our new pharmacy, and even helped us to transfer her prescription, all while patiently listing and walking us through the process. The new pharmacy called to confirm and it was done! Such a great experience overall and service that went above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend GoodRx in general, and GoodRx Gold to anyone. Especially to those who have regular prescription needs or just want to get away from the typical insurance medication plan insurance nonsense. These guys are great! Keep up the great work!

Took Safeway a prescription normally don't like Safeway but with the GoodRx app it showed my prescription to be only $46. I chose to go to Safeway this time all because of GoodRx. Gave the coupon to the pharmacist and they took the coupon put it in the computer at $46.87. They did not have my medication in and so two days later after I fought to get the $47 up went to pay for my prescription and then all the sudden it had changed to $73 and some change. I feel like they entrapped me. The best deal to go to Safeway only to change it once my prescription had been put into the system. I find that a lot of people try to get whatever money they can right at the very end of bankruptcy or some political change. Please do not use GoodRx because they will in trap and change the prices! I would rather use a pharmacy and pay full price than ever used GoodRx again!

I was having an issue using my GoodRX at Costco today….somewhat confusing because the Costco clerk was verbalizing one issue but the rejection printout was documenting another. I called GoodRX and luckily got Yeseniya on the phone. She gathered the relevant information from me, called Costco and untangled the whole thing.

Yeseniya got to the root cause of the problem which was neither of the 2 issues being reported to me by Costco. If Yeseniya hadn't jumped in and taken over, this would not have gotten fixed.

I love this type of customer service! Very patient, thorough and professional. I'm a fan!

I just love GoodRX Gold! I am on Medicare and was going to have to stop taking some of my prescriptions until I checked out GoodRx Gold. The savings I get are great and I can now take my medications. I also just put my pet on the account because I can get his medications at a great reduced price. Thank you GoodRx Gold!
