When I first received that email from Roberto proposing media coverage, to be honest, I wasn't convinced. But hearing him say "your company deserves much more than what they're doing" fueled my curiosity. To this day, my blog, press releases, and even my interviews are in GoodNoon's hands.

I built my business from the ground up 25 years ago, and if I have learned anything along that journey it is to recognize the hard work. As soon as GoodNoon got my company its first feature on Forbes, I knew it. They currently carry my entire PR campaign and saying the website receives more traffic than ever would fall short. I couldn't be more grateful to such a professional team.

Spammed me from some weird email account and tried to pretend that they wanted to interview me. Then I find out that I have to buy their service to get it. The person I talked to seemed shady and dishonorable. I would strongly avoid.

Make sure you are very clear on the services that you will receive. It is a little deceiving.

Worst service, all this company does is take your cash and pay for a spot that is not even in the site they promise. The copy comes complete with typos and the wrong address, with no links to your website or even your name

I received an email from someone who mentioned that they wanted to publish an interview with me about my company(litespeed Racing). They did not say my name nor company name in the email though, nor did they have a signature on the email . I checked the email address and it was from goodnoon . But they did not even tell me that they worked for goodnoon. How can I trust a PR company that doesn't even know how to write a properly formatted email? The person never told me his/her name, never told me who they work for and never mentioned my name or my company's name, so it just seemed like a spam , and not a real pr service.

They disclosed to us that the email was genuine as it was sent from an outsider organization they enlisted for advancing their meeting item; so we proceeded with the request. Roberto guided us through the whole process and everything went easily. Enthusiastically suggested administration.

After paying a fortune several PR firms for getting no results, a friend of us referred us the GoodNoon interview package. At first we didn鈥檛 believe it, we thought it was too good to be true, but we decided to give it a try. Roberto sent us a good piece of content in only 2 days with some open questions. We replied to the questions and a few days later he sent us the full report that includes over 250 outlets where the interview was published. We could never have been featured in many of these without their help, thanks for this!!

If you are looking into boosting your SEO, I have tosay that their interview package is amazing. Our interview was immediately reported in Google News and our site鈥檚 rankings for money-keywords skyrocketed from day 1. This product they come up with is a combination of branding, reputation and good backlinks so it is of no surprises that it works for SEO.

We ordered their interview promo and achieved lots of traffic in a few days. We made several orders for our clients as welland considered its low cost, we have always hada positive return. This is without a doubt one of the best products out there for getting quality traffic at a reasonable cost.

They approached me about doing an interview with me, o mention that they were going to CGAEGE me for said interview. Then when I agreed they sprang an $89 fee in me. SHADY to say the least. Stay far away from these slick operators

NEVER USE GOODNOON PR! THEY ARE A JOKE!
The company that I work for hired GoodNoon to write and publish a feature and a PR release about us. We did this on the advice of a GoodNoon representative. He advised us that these would be written by a writer from Forbes. Based on the quality鈥攚hich is to say the lack thereof鈥攐f the writing, I highly doubt this. The little writing that wasn鈥檛 copy-pasted from our website was riddled with grammatical errors, which was unacceptably unprofessional and careless and would have made our business seem unprofessional and careless had it been published.
Therefore we wrote our own feature and PR release. Having little experience of writing, we forwarded them to the representative with comments that my colleagues left on the Google Docs of the feature and PR release for him to evaluate and reply to. We did this because under the 鈥淔eatures鈥?heading under the 鈥淥ur Services鈥?heading on GoodNoon鈥檚 website it says:
鈥?You can be the one to write the article and send it to us for evaluation
We asked the representative to do this before we decided if the feature and PR release were ready for publication. He advised us that they were. When he published the feature, he also published the comments that my colleagues had left on it. This is unacceptably unprofessional and embarrassing to us as a business, and damaging to our reputation as it makes us appear unprofessional. It is a joke that a PR 鈥減rofessional鈥?would do this and not realise this.
Upon seeing this we emailed the representative to ask him for a phone call. He ignored that email, so we emailed him again. Once we got him on a call, he hung up within seconds of us outlining our grievance. When we tried to call him again, he rejected the call. We had to call him four times before he would pick up, at which point he told us he didn鈥檛 like to be interrupted even though he had not even listened to our grievance. As we outlined the grievance, he repeatedly interrupted this. As a service provider, he should understand that basic customer service necessitates allowing the customer to speak; yet his interruptions were especially odious and obnoxious given his repeated insistence that he himself does not like to be interrupted.
The representative told us that he had not even proofread our feature or our PR release because he assumed that since we had sent them, they were ready to published despite us asking him to evaluate them before we decided if they were as he personally assured us and as his website assures customers. He did not do this. Instead he publicly embarrassed our company with his unprofessionalism and carelessness. He told us that the platforms on which our feature had been published could not be edited, which is highly suspect in 2019. What kind of a platform doesn鈥檛 have an edit button?
Finally the representative told us that we shouldn鈥檛 care what was posted because he said that the platforms that he posts features on are so low traffic that鈥擨 quote鈥斺€渙nly you will see it鈥? This defeats the purpose of hiring a PR company and show what a joke and waste of money GoodNoon are. Never use them.
tl;dr:
鈥?GoodNoon copy-pasted almost everything from our website
鈥?What they did write was grammatically incorrect
鈥?We ended up having to write our own articles
鈥?They didn鈥檛 evaluate the articles before publication like they said they would
鈥?Published articles with comments from Google Docs left on them
鈥?Ignored our request for calls
鈥?Hung up on us when we were on calls
鈥?Told us our articles wouldn鈥檛 be seen by anybody but us anyway

Thanks to Goodnoon we were able to help with crowdsourcing for our startup, we would麓ve never done it without their existing relationships. Each publication took us further until we got the awareness we needed for our project to become a reality.
