IU called what I thought was AppleCare as advertised trying to get an Apple Id problem fixed. They told me they were transferring me to their fraud and they woud fix my Apple Id, they needed me to plug my phone into MAC Book Pro. They showed me some one foreign was sharing my ID and they would load three lots of software to fix the problem and prevent intrusion. I watched and all they did was run cclean free version plus another free utility. I asked where the three software packages was and realized it was a con and disconnected them from my machine and asked for a refund. He stated they had already done the work and turned on my fire wall!
