Do NOT order anything from this company. It鈥檚 a total scam! Why aren鈥檛 businesses like this considered fraudulent and shut down? Instead, people just keep getting ripped off.

Please don鈥檛 buy from these rip off merchants I ordered from them I never received my goods and they won鈥檛 refund me they keep sending the same message to me to date 35 times so please don鈥檛 buy anything from these people

I bought something on 3/1/2020. And the website is no longer active. Don鈥檛 know where to call to provide status of my merchandise. It looks like I lost my money 🙁

This company is really poor in helping people out with there problems I try 2 call them because I just really just wanted 2 exchange a package and I can't even do that very sad company I will never order anything from the people again

I purchased 2 AirPod covers. I was very particular about the colour I wanted. When they arrived they were not what I chose nor what was advertised on the website. When I contacted them they offered me 5% off my next purchase! I pointed out the their advertising was misleading and I wanted them replaced. They have not replied to this email.

I should have checked this site before purchasing the wireless headsets from these people. I ordered 2 at a price of $19.90 (discounted from $80! what a deal…) They are made of cheap hard plastic, just waiting to break. The lowest quality available.

First, they processed my order and received the money immediately, but it took them almost 20 days before they shipped the items (from Calif to Colo) over 25 days before I received the items.

Sadly, one of the units was defective. It never worked. I alerted them within days of receiving the items.

They sent me 2 emails, the first offering a $5 refund. The 2nd offering a $8 refund. I will return it back to them (at my expense) and they said they would refund the full amount in 30 days.

What a pain. They are an Amazon store too!

I am not surprised with the awful rates. I also didn鈥檛 receive. I reported to my credit card and the charges are being disputed. I also recommend anyone to buy via paypal because it is easier to get the money back. We need to report their ads to Facebook and Instagram as scam and phishing. They need serious consequences

I purchased 2 headphones and I still have not received them 1 month later. I paid when I ordered, so they have the money, so where is the product. They give you a tracking number but UPS, FEDEX, NOR USPS RECOGNIZE THE TRACKING NUMBER. THEY ARE NOT POOR OR BAD, THEY ARE CRIMINAL. THEY STOLE MY MONEY SO DON'T YOU GET TAKEN BY THEM!!!!!!

Absolutely shocking customer service as they advertised bonetech headphones only to find that a cheap individual handsfree kit turned up instead! I tried to challenge them on it after pointing out they are advertising do dump your current headphones for them showing a pair in the title and they're answer was can you not play music through it. Pathetic!

I bought 2 battery powered sensor security lites from this company and they both failed to work properly. They obviously had not been quality control inspected. These kind of security lites cost around 拢6 each. Waste of money.
