Great product, great communication, great service, and only 20% of the cost of normal prescription swim goggles.

Other negative reviews on here have this site confused with GoodEyeGlasses.com….a different company overseas that was so bad they went out of business. This one is GoodGlasses.com. A USA top notch company.

Geoffrey was a great guy to work with. My kid is autistic, and he was especially helpful to us. They help many other kids with disabilities. Saw the poor reviews of a couple yrs ago…no idea what has changed, but the company is well run right now, I can tell you that. I even bought a backup pair, we are so pleased with them… Dave Shar

Ordered frames that took 30 days to arrive. They dont fit I need to send them back. There is no number to contact only email. After 5 emails that have gone ignored Im stuck with the frames and out $$$. Dont give them a second look. Go with a more reputable company. You get what you pay for. I feel like Ive been hustled!

Placed order, charged my credit card, never received the frames. Complained and only got automated responses. Dont order your frames here.

The customer service at this company is horrible! Several phone calls and emails have yielded absolutely nothing. I still have not received my order.

The reviews on their site are perfect yet the BBB and other independent sites tell the exact opposite story. Integrity?

I suspect this company will not last long with this model. I will never shop these guys again and I am contacting visa to dispute the charge.

am also wondering if the product quality is real – counterfeit or non-conforming quality???

I ordered more than month ago and still no answer about delivery. Customer service closes the tickets without resolving the problem. I had to call my credit card company to settle the dispute. They would not refund the money.

I ordered eyeglasses that said they were in stock. I called the next week to get a tracking number but it did not ship yet. I got a lame excuse it needed to ship to them first from their warehouse. They do not have a physical address to shop at so all they are is a warehouse. Henry the operations manager was answering the phone calls that day. He explained that the warehouse closest to me did not have the glasses so they had to get it from another one. This does not make any sense since all of the Oakley products from Luxottica in Foothills Ranch, CA. He could not spend any more time explaining when I could receive my order because he had 170 service tickets to answer. He guaranteed I would have my glasses last Friday. It is now 12 days since my order and I have no shipping confirmation or glasses. They took my credit card information and charged my card but you can not get a hold of them. They have a California phone number but the company is in Canada. They will scam you out of your money. Buyer beware!

I have bought prescription computer readers a couple of times with mixed results. The first pair worked great, with clear peripheral field of view that was in focus. My second pair were blurred on the sides of the lenses like typical progressive lenses, and not useful for my multi-monitor setup. The company claims that happens when your reading magnification goes to 2.0x and above. Would have liked to have known that before shelling out $140. I have found it better to just get clip-on computer readers ($10 at Amazon) to wear over my regular glasses, which actually results in more of my viewing field being in focus. I recommend getting maybe .25x-.50x less powerful magnification for your clip-on to adjust for your distance from the monitor (experiment with putting old reading glasses over your regular glasses). On the positive side, I have not had any shipment related problems as other reviewers have reported.

After cataract surgery, I still needed reading glasses. I looked all over for sunglasses with a bi-focal reader at the bottom and found good glasses.com. No need to go anywhere else.
