I have had the exact same experience as Torben.
I made an order (Christmas beer as a gift) on the 23rd Nov, 30th dec half the order was delivered. I called at least 5 times to have the rest delivered and each time received the same answer (from Lyndsey Ann, Sarah and Debbie) 'My order was on the way'.
On the 20th Dec, they finally told me that the order was damaged and they would give me a refund (4 days before Christmas!!)

27th Jan – No refund received – Lyndsey Ann said she would look into it.
9th Feb – No refund received – Sarah said she would look into it.

I would NEVER used this company again, as they steal and are dishonest.

I found this website as I'm sometimes craving Danish food. They have a whole section beautifully set up with this so I ordered some food.

Unfortunately the problems started thereafter. Firstly I never received any notification that my order was received. Secondly when contacting them I couldn't get an answer from them as to when my products would arrive.

It was only after I wrote them a treatening email to cancel the entire order some 14 days after placing my order that I got any feedback from them.

When my order finally arrived, almost 2 1/2 weeks after placing the order I noticed that one item was missing. I have since, now 3 week running, been trying to get my money back for this one item. I have asked but not received even an inkling of a reply. Keeping in mind they were extremely fast at taking the money from my account I guess that replying is not considered important

They offer very bad cystomer care and I will strongly recommend to everyone to search elsewhere if they crave Scandinavian food as this company is useless. If I could give them less than 1star, I would…
