Goodfinemart

I foolishly ordered from Goodfinemart.com as I thought they where genuine goods and they had reduced them. It even said in the FAQ that it would come with a genuine box and dustbag which it didn't it came in a very cheap plastic bag with a piece of card stapled to it saying fashion jewelery and a cheap looking box. Had I done more homework before I placed the order i would have known to stay well away from them. The item a necklace which is supposed to be Vivienne Westwood clearly is not and is just a terrible copy. This was a gift and in my view the only place it is good for is the dustbin. I did note before I ordered it that you can return items but at your own cost. I have now e-mailed them numerous times asking for the returns address and a full refund, they keep cooming back with silly offers for me to keep it. I think it must have come from china as some of the e-mail has chinese writing in it and they have said it will take to long for me to return it. All I keep asking is for a address to return the item and claim back my refund. Please do not order from these people.
