Gooddeedseats has cool seating charts. I received my tickets like expected. Good experience all around.

This was the second time I bought tickets from them. This time I had to call their customer service line and I spoke with Nancy. She was very helpful and patient. Overall the experience was excellent.

Got great seats for the 'Bama college football game. This website was easy to navigate & very user friendly. Good deal. Nice to be helping others when I just do what I always do!

Got sweet tickets to Elton John from this site and it went great. Their prices weren't too bad either.

I liked the Goooddeedseats.com site, although I wish I could have found cheaper Suns tickets. But I've seen more expensive ticket sites too. They did have a decent selection of seats available when I was shopping.

I really like GoodDeedSeats.com and have used them a few times. Their site is really pretty and easy to get around. When I've gotten concert tickets from them, I've compared their prices to other ticket company's, and theirs was a little less expensive, including the fee. If there wasn't for the fee, I would have given them 5 stars.

I just had to share this story. Something happened a couple days ago that I thought would never happen to me. I actually forgot my wedding anniversary. In the 11 years that I been married I've never forgotten that all-important date. My husband never forgets either, so I was doomed this year if I had nothing.

It was dawn when it dawned on me that today was our anniversary! He was sleeping in so I had a little bit of time. I figured I'd shop online and see if I could order something and maybe print out the receipt as a gift. I did some searches and found this site GoodDeedSeats and had the idea that I could get tickets for him as an anniversary gift.

I called their customer service and their rep was super nice. She made a few suggestions on ideas, and I settled on getting two tickets to Thomas Rhett, one of his favorite country singers (and mine too!!) I think Brett Young is going to be there also.

The coolest thing was that I was able to actually download the tickets and print them out right then. So I did that, popped in a card from a pile of blanks ones we keep in the junk drawer, and viola! I had a gift for him, and one that I can enjoy too. Yay!

Very nice site and easy to use. I liked their seating charts, they let you see actual pictures from the views of the available seats. Got NBA tickets and they arrived the other day!

These folks were awesome. We got sweet seats for the Xscape, Monica and Tamar Braxton concert when we called the GoodDeedSeats customer service. Very polite, and helpful. We went through a bunch of seats and prices together on the phone and the rep was really nice. They seemed liked they actually wanted to genuinely help. By the end we located nice seats that are very close to the stage on the floor!! The price was a little high but well worth it.If you can call a customer service department, not wait forever on hold, and get an American on the other end who is polite and helpful in this day and age, it is a valuable thing.
