I received a defective monitor, paid to ship it back, asked that they test a replacement before they send it to me, they sent me the same defective unit, I paid to have it shipped back a second time. They refunded just the cost of the item, none of my shipping costs, I complained and they issued another small refund. They still owe me money. They ignored me, they were careless ,callous, rude and they took my money.

I received my item with $8.50 shipping due. They only put $3.99 on the box and charged me $11.00 with my order. Tried to contact them via e-mail, internet and phone. No success. What horrible customer service. I should have let the post office send it back, but I paid it hoping I would receive a refund. I would not have bought the item if they would have advertised that I woudl be paying $20 for shipping

The old saying rings true: buyer beware!
Communicating with this company is rough at best. They sent me the wrong item and I do not doubt that it was intentionally. The item they shipped was less expensive version of the item I wanted and did not have the inputs/outputs I required. More importantly, it was simply not what I ordered! I think they expected me to just accept the lesser item. When I requested info to send the item back I was asked to ship it to another customer and they would send me a full refund. They did not offer to send me out the correct item, just a full refund. This leads me to believe they never had the item I order at any point in time, before or after my order. I have no faith that this company will refund my money and just plan to sell the item at auction or to a friend and cut my losses.
This company is highly NOT recommend. They do not belong to the BBB, but you can find them there- with tons of complaints!
