I ordered two pairs of demonias from Goodbyebread and they said it would take up to a week to ship, well after two weeks I still hadn't got a notification they shipped so I emailed them and got their very unprofessional response [It'll b on it's way soon hun xx]鈥?br />
I waited 2 months after my order date and gave them them the benefit of the doubt that they just forgot to email me a tracking number. However they never sent me one and when I emailed them I received an unprofessional response like the other customer above. Do not recommend at all.

I don't ever write reviews but I thought I would write a review for this store because of everyone else's bad experiences. I ordered two cargo pants from them on December 19 and it didn't ship out until January 15 and I received my package on January 28. Although it took a long time for my package to get shipped out, I decided not to email them and just wait it out because I knew they were being affected by COVID. They still managed to ship out my package without me having to email or DM them, you just need to be patient when ordering from them!
Taking off two stars for the shipping times but other than that, It's a great store with good selection.

I really would warn anyone against ever buying from here. Finally after a month they shipped and I got them. The one pair fit the other didn't so I needed to return them, I was a little annoyed I had to pay shipping to send them back but whatever. I promptly sent them back which originally was for a store credit. Over two weeks again go by there is an update on their site that my return was received yet I had no store credit. I finally emailed them again and they asked if I wanted store credit or a refund to my card, since I've already had so many issues I asked for a refund which they said would get to me in 5-10 business days. WELL another 20 days goes by and I still hadn't got money back in my account, I was frustrated and at this point assumed I was just going to have to take this up with my credit card company. I emailed them in one last effort and this time finally I got my refund. If you want demonias just go somewhere else this hassle is not worth it. This whole thing lasted just under 3 months just to get some shoes and get my money back for the pair that didn't fit.

I see a lot of people writing negative reviews, because their parcel was late, something that is a matter for transport companies and not Goodbye bread. Personally, my package was delayed due to the condition of the covid and the shipping companies, but the company helped me a lot. Shout out to Tiffany, she was always there, helpful and kind. Best customer service. I purchaced the avril black cargo pants and worth every dollar! Of course I will buy again and recommend it to everyone. It was worth the delay. One thing I would like to know is that I will pay extra taxes (customs), because I thought it was within the shipping costs.

My package was taking forever to even just be sent out. Meaning my order didn鈥檛 even leave their warehouse for 3 weeks until I just gave up and asked for a cancellation and refund. Their customer service takes forever to get back to people. I鈥檓 hoping I鈥檒l at least get my refund.

Do not order here! I did (without reading reviews before) and I waited for a few weeks. Then I was trying to contact them but I only got an automatically answer. They couldn't tell me anything. They "were trying" everything they could. So I was done after a month. I reported at paypal that I didn't receive anything and I wanted my money back. And suprice suprice that day I got an email "your order has been chipped". Like if they knew mmm…. Paypal made me wait a while. And there it was after 1,5 month I had the suprice of an extra payment of import duties. I didn't even dare to try returning a shirt because it was to small…. waist off money… And the clothing are not good quality..

Don鈥檛 waste your time. I ordered a pair of their cargo pants, and when they came, they had the tag from the original company attached. They are from the brand Rothco, and sell for $15 cheaper on their website. Goodbye bread just markets them as their own and marks up the price. Not only that, they take forever to process orders. It took nearly a month for them to process mine. If you don鈥檛 mind waiting, go ahead. But if you want to buy the cargo pants directly from the company for cheaper and faster shipping, just order from another site.

They have the worst customer service. I ordered 2 items on November 28th. I had to pull teeth to get my tracking information. Their phone number for customer service doesn鈥檛 work so I messaged them. It was automatic response every time. One item got sent a month later with no tracking. The second item had a label created December 30th and I still haven鈥檛 received it (why did it take over a month to create a label). I also had to send a bunch of messages just to get a response. I will never buy from this company again! 0/10

i had an issue where i ordered the wrong size of pants and customer service helped me fix it. the person who helped me was very nice and efficient. she worked quickly to make sure my order was fixed before it got shipped out. if i need help i do feel encouraged to contact support again, thank you!

i ordered my clothes a month ago and still haven鈥檛 gotten them. i have no idea where my clothes are and i鈥檝e contacted them and i still haven鈥檛 even gotten a tracking number and it鈥檚 been a month so i don鈥檛 know what鈥檚 going on at this point it鈥檚 just annoying i wanted my clothes way before christmas and i didn鈥檛 get them (i ordered my clothes november 29) and yes i understand that covid is a thing but i order clothes from a different website november 28 and i already have them.

Horrible communication! We understand there is a delay due to covid but you guy鈥檚 have to let people know, if you sent out the orders or if it鈥檚 just sitting at usps. let everyone know where their package is.

I placed an order in December 3rd for my daughter and here I sent in Christmas Eve with NOTHING! I purchased these items for Christmas for my daughter and I鈥檓 so disappointed to not have the items for her. Yes I contacted customer service and received the same BS email that it was a result of covid. EVERY single order I have placed with other companies have been received. And those items were ordered after my order with Goodbye Bread. This company should be ashamed that Christmas for my daughter will not include all the things she wanted even with us ordering with plenty of time to spare! Yes I want a full refund.

After reading the reviews, I was extremely skeptical about placing an order with them, but I decided to give it a try because I found some boots that I really liked. I had never gotten a pair of boots before and the ones they had in their page were the ones that most called for my attention out of all the pairs I had seen online (that I could afford). It鈥檚 also important to note that I ordered these shoes during their cyber week sale, so I was surprised about how fast they got to me considering there was a high volume of packages to be sent and the amount of reviews that had a bad experience with their orders.
The reason for the 4-star review is mainly for two reasons: first, I did receive an e-mail with the shipping confirmation, but it didn鈥檛 have the tracking number in it, so it made it hard to find the tracking number, but in the end I was able to track it in the Shop app; second, the inside textile of one of the boots is falling/unsticking from the top, the visible part of the shoe. I didn鈥檛 expect that, but keep in mind that is what you鈥檙e paying for when you buy an inexpensive pair of shoes. I did do my research on Koi footwear before purchasing this pair of boots, and the size I got fits me nicely (I鈥檓 a size 8, sometimes 7.5 depending on the shoe brand), but when it comes to sneakers, you may want to size up.
They say their employees wear the things on they sell as well and that you can reach out to them to ask questions about their products, which sounds great, but when I tried to do that, it took me to an empty page.
Back to the issue about the boots, I saw online other people had other types of problems with their own pair of Koi footwear shoes, so I wasn鈥檛 exactly surprised when mine arrived with that problem. I wish I could swap them for another pair, but I鈥檓 not sure that鈥檚 possible and honestly, based on other reviews, I鈥檓 not sure I want to go through the trouble with customer service. That鈥檚 the only problem I have with my product, the rest of it looks fine so far, I just hope it doesn鈥檛 cause much trouble because I really like these boots and I hope they last me a while.
Lastly, would I recommend Goodbye Bread to someone? Maybe! Don鈥檛 know if I would recommend it to everyone, as it is a bit more pricey than some can afford, especially when it comes to clothing, but if you really like something, do your research on the item before you buy it (if possible)! Plus, they have the option of paying in installments, so you might as well give it a shot! Since I haven鈥檛 bought any clothing from them, I鈥檓 not sure if I have an entire picture of what to expect from them yet, but I think I might buy from them again in the future if they have something that captivates me. 🙂

Don鈥檛 listen to that fake a** Covid crap as to why your package is delayed and for the non response when it comes to customer service . I work in shipping and see hundreds of orders a day along with making them as well and we have a three day turnaround AT MOST. What it is is that you guys have p*** poor management, time management, and no drive to run a successful business. Tryna bite off dolls kill with your tacky slang. If I鈥檓 emailing you about a order that I have been waiting on for over a month, I DONT NEED THE SLANG AND THE CRAPPY GRAMMAR. Show me professionalism. I would not purchase anything again from this store. It took over two weeks to get my Items. The items are too big. I order cargo pants, which are men鈥檚 sizes (they should state that in the item description). I returned my items nearly a week ago and no one has even responded to my email. Their phone number is a joke. Facebook chat they don鈥檛 respond to. I feel I am truly out of my money. Buyer Beware.

This place is a scam. Save your time and money. I "gave them the benefit of the doubt" and wasnt as "lucky" as some.
Every single post of theirs on instagram has comments from angry customers like me. The red flags are SO there.

based off reviews i was very hesitant to purchase anything from this site, almost everyone said it was a scam. I decided to give the brand the benefit of the doubt, i bought a pair of sneakers and i started to get a little scared because i hadn't received an email saying they had shipped, this was probably because i didn't check the actual site for tracking. After day three i got a little nervous but just because i'm impatient but by the fourth day they were already at my home! i didn't expect such fast shipping, but the shoes were really great quality and i actually just bought another pair! i'm so satisfied with my experience and i bought the second pair yesterday evening and they already shipped by this morning! would definitely recommend buying from goodbye bread if you love fast and easy shopping.

Such a shady "company" and "brand." I saw many of their ads on Snap Chat and thought I would purchase a pair of sweatpants. I ordered via PayPal (which came to my advantage in the end), and was sent a confirmation email stating that due to COVID, orders are being shipped slowly and they would keep me updated when shipped. Fine, no problem. Well, almost 3-weeks went by and I never received an email stating they at least put a label on it. Next step was for me to check the status of my order by putting in my order number, and to my surprise, my email was not coming up with any account associated which was odd considering I got many emails from them about my initial order confirmation and more weekly junk advertisement emails. I tried changing my password and never received a bounce-back email to complete those steps.
Instead, I contacted their customer service via email and Facebook Messenger because their phone number was not working to check the status of my order. I got a response in a day stating "I am afraid we must declare it lost in transit 🙁 " amongst more apologies to refund my original payment method or as a store credit (no thanks).
By this time I had a feeling they would try to pull a fast one which left me without my money or an item, so I simultaneously started a dispute on PayPal and reached out to Goodbye Bread stating I wanted a refund back to my PayPal account. They responded that I would see it in 5-10 days. So those 10 days rolled by and there was no refund posted. I contacted them again via email asking about the status, and they said that if I cancelled my PayPal dispute then I would receive it faster, which makes no sense, and at the end of the email they said I should just go ahead and cancel it so I could receive the refund. I said no, I am not cancelling a dispute in case they don't send me the money immediately. Then a few hours went by and my return was posted to my account.
It took about a month to receive my money back, and I feel that if I wasn't on top of this, I would have lost my money and had been screwed over completely. I have a feeling the get lots of ad space from social media and send their items for free to those who have many social media followers then steal from the people with real money so they can keep up funding their "business" and growing their social media following.
In conclusion, I JUST WANTED SOME SWEATPANTS! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BRAND.

wouldn鈥檛 recommend buying from here. was told i could get a $25 gift card if i bought something with a certain code . i did and never received the gift card. i鈥檝e been calling, emailing, and dming them on instagram but no one has responded. Its been a day or so. Save your money and time and shop somewhere else. This place is not reliable

Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a pair of demonia boots on August 22 and Ive been waiting for an entire month and they never came. I messaged them on their Instagram account and they told me the package was lost and I could either get a refund or store credit. I dont want anything else to do with this company so i of course chose the refund option and they said it would take 5-10 days to process into my account. We鈥檒l see how long it takes but in all honesty this company is a scam and not worth it. Please please please don鈥檛 make the same mistake i did
