DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you are serious about building a successful app business. The customer support is the worst ever and their technical team are clueless. If you are finally able to build and launch an app, it will take a long time to load for users and you'll get a lot of poor reviews which I have. The IOS app has been so bad and now doesn't work and their tech team has done nothing to fix it. I can't stress enough how bad this company is. I searched online for reviews about them and couldn't find any and now I know why.

Not good, promised support during free period to build app, non available except on their online support, no human interaction if the question you ask isn't there. Promises lots delivered to date, nothing. Will not be continuing after my free trial period if I don't get a response soon. Everyday emails arrive prompting me to work on the app but as I cannot set the settings correctly I will be looking at alternatives today. Its sad that often no response comes until a complaint is made in a public forum, make your clients happy and this won't happen, no faith in ongoing support if I stayed with Good Barber
