The customer service team are very helpful, I had a small problem with the courier and they sorted it within 24 hours in a very efficient and professional manner. After numerous msgs i eventually received my item, i also had to ask for my tracking number snd then my item miraculously came the next day.

Excellent value, very useful products and great service. I had a product that hadnt arrived within the 14 days allowed and when I queried this with Good2items there was quick and positive activity that arranged for a replacement to be sent immediately which i got in about 5 days. Very Professional.

My item didn't arrive so I contacted customersupport and they where so helpful. They contacted the seller and tracked the item but it had been lost in transit. Customer support asked if I would like the item resent which I did. They arranged all that for me. They are so helpful I'm very grateful for their help. Many thanks 🙂

My original order was lost in transit. However the Good2Items Support Service quickly despatched a replacement item. Their communication was very good and I soon received the goods I had ordered. I would certainly buy from them again.

I needed to cancel my order of a product which I was certain will not fit the purpose I require it for. I was very worried that the seller will not accept cancellation and refund. because many sellers online are not considerate to refund money to buyers . To my surprise Good2items approve my cancellation and refund within 24hours of receiving my email . This is great customer satisfaction which other sellers should emulate to encourage online shopping to flourish in this modern technology.

Great customer service, was a mix up with sizes but they responded as soon as notified. Great product, takes a bit of time with delivery but that's not a huge issue. Pleasant customer service makes it ok

I ordered 2 items unfortunately 1 wasn't working.
I was disappointed so i sent a brief email explaining the problem.
I received a reply not long after . It was all sorted very quickly.

My experience with Good2items was very good! They sent product very quickly but due to fault of others I didn鈥檛 get delivery on first time of asking, however, once problem sorted a quick 2nd delivery was sent & accepted by myself, I found the company very helpful & accommodating! Thank you!
