very pleased with the savings buying these lutein and zeaxathin tablets, much cheaper than expensive eye health supplements that contain the same things!

The parcel came in on time as they said it would. It didn't get 'stolen' or misplaced enroute like other people are complaining. Having had the same vitamins of another brand, which have had the required and good results, I will now have to wait and see what the results of these are. But, so far so good! Will buy the same if I need to.

I am extremely unhappy with the telephone sales of this company, they massively oversold vitamins to a vulnerable elderly lady that I care for and I am left to throw away hundreds of pounds of mis-sold product that she cannot even take due to her medication conflicting with the products sold. The sales person didn't enquire about her state of health or what medication she's on. She is nearly 100 years old and cannot understand the implications of what she is being sold.

The Good Vitamin Company always gets it's orders out to the best of it's ability and recently that has been very fast. I would like to compliment them on their speed of delivery.

Very satisfied with the products, however I did receive a telephone call from a named Kevin? who said he was the Accountant, claiming I had placed an order for 拢71 worth of products which had been dispatched for delivery and demanding my bank account details. I have never placed an order for that amount of products and refused his request for payment.
Having just spoken to the company regarding the above comments I am satisfied that the person Kevin is not connected to them at all and that this was a fraudulent attempt to obtain my bank account details. I am very happy to continue purchasing my supplements from the Good Vitamin Co. who I consider to be very trustworthy

As a company, the service was very good.
Unfortunately, the product that I ordered contained an agent that I am allergic to.
Consequently I have had to stop taking the supplement which is not helping my eyes.

The product is excellent and good quality, however, the packaging, as I have mentioned after previous purchases, could be improved. The individual blister packs are not labelled, so if more than one supplement is taken, there is a need to remember which is which, or keep that in the large box which is inconvenient.

Refunded and cancelled order with no communication

Sold hundreds of pounds worth of supplements to my 93 year old father by using friendly and persuasive sales calls and failed to remove his number when asked. After a bad review here they did their best to deal with my complaints. Donr know if the vitamins worked as my father did not take them! I am assured there will be no more calls.
