Awful service. Ordered Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and snowflakes masks on October 10 to get ready for holiday season. Website said wait would be a couple of weeks, so I thought it would be ok. What a joke! Order left China (didn't know when i ordered) and has been sitting in California for over a week. If it ever moves and gets to Virginia, I will wish I'd ordered for 4th of July. Don't waste your money because service is so terrible that you'll never see it again. Total scam

If I could give them a zero I would.. I did not hit the submit button for the order after seeing total cost.. they still shipped and it was the entirely wrong cup., impossible to get ahold of them even thru email.. I WILL NEVER go on this site again .

Horrible experience. Have been waiting over a month and these incompetent sex toy providers forgot the street address now the package has been sent back to warehouse. Still waiting on refund. Never again

Not even worthy of a one. Ordered a mask on May 8 and to date (July 20) still have not received. They do not have a phone number that you can speak to anyone and tell you to file a claim. Only option on claim is replacement. State they can't refund order as it is special printed by order. I haven't even rec'd my order. Very poor customer service and not worthy of even looking at their site. Beware and DO NOT order from company. Obviously they are a SCAM.

Ordered 3 teacher themed masks on May 8, 2020 and received finally July 17, 2020. They said 鈥榩rinting鈥?for 4 weeks during tracking. The printing is nice but the FABRIC is a nasty polyester blend and difficult to breathe / no way to wear all day! Never order from this place again.

I ordered a mask. It took a little longer to get to me than I would have liked for delivery – about a month (but everything is slow because of covid). The mask is beautiful! The print is high quality and I will be proud to wear this out and about!

It said 14-21 days and I finally got my order after 2 months.The masks are cute, but definitely not up to standards as they only have one thin layer. I had contacted them about it being late and they refunded me 50%, but now that they are here I don't know that they are worth even that.

I ordered a mask for my sister who is a school bus driver. It took a little while to get to her, but it was expected with everything going on. My sister finally got it the other day and she absolutely loves it, so I couldn't be happier!!

I ordered several masks thru teechip. 36 days later I check to see status. Thank goodness I paid thru PayPal.
I got a receipt from PP but never got one from Teechip or good vibes.
I tried to log in to teechip to check status and that was a fail.
I sent them an email and filed a claim with PP. THAT DAY I get an email from David at Good Vibes saying the order went out the day before my complaint. Sent by DHL through USPS and contact them if I haven't gotten it ina week. Hmmmm

My husband ordered some masks thru TeeChip and it took 2 months.

It took more than 2 months to finally get the order.
The mask is useless. Too thin to wear for any protection. And you can鈥檛 even see that is says 鈥榮peech squad鈥?. Definitely would Never order from here again.

I should be giving them -1. They鈥檙e a scam. Ordered masks back in April still haven鈥檛 got them. It鈥檚 been more than 2 months but tracker still shows they鈥檙e printing. Time to call the credit card company! Paid more than $50 for them.

I wish I could choose 0 stars! This company is a scam. I placed an order on May 13 th and here we are June 16th and not one word in the status of my order. I should have read the reviews before i spent my 77.00 with you! You are horrible! No one answers the phone and they do not respond to emails. I鈥檓 calling my credit card company today. You all are fraudulent and need to be put on blast and investigated.

I would give this website 0 stars if I could. I placed an order May 8th. Their website clearly states that orders in the US ship within 7-14 days. It鈥檚 been 6 weeks and they haven鈥檛 even shipped it. I鈥檝e requested a refund 3 times. They tell me they can鈥檛 refund my money as the item has already begun 鈥減rinting.鈥?Scam. Scam. Scam. I鈥檒l be surprised if I ever see my $107 order on my doorstep.

I submitted an order for custom masks on 5/14 and still have yet to receive a shipping notification. I tried contacting customer service for an update on my order but you are unable to speak to anyone when you call. This is very frustrating and I do NOT recommend this company.

Be very careful

On 5/18, I ordered a mask. I saw nothing about delivery times. But, within an hour of ordering, I saw in my email confirmation that it could take a month to ship and told them that I needed it sooner. It was part of a gift. Their response was that they could not cancel the order that soon because they had begun production.

Here it is almost three weeks later. The mask has the same status. And it may not ship for more than a week. Either they could have cancelled an hour after receiving the order or shipped by now. To make someone wait five or six weeks for something so simple (heck, I have received custom, one-off, printed t-shirts in less time for less money than these guys take).

UPDATE 6/25

They had told me on 6/10 that, because of COVID and an onslaught of orders, they were going to need more time to fulfill the order (but they still can't cancel it), up to 21 business days. Today is business day 28 and, according to their site, they are still producing it.

I needed it three weeks ago as a gift. I still have no ETA. It is time to reverse charges with my credit card company.
