Really fed up with this. I have a disabled son who gets regular hospital appointments. First time we got ticket even after parking in disabled bay, displaying blue badge. Rang them registered our vehicle, next time we went, it was fine, third time again got ticket, appealed against it. They wrote our vehicle is not registered. Now got another appointment, trying to register, no option for blue badge to select. How ridiculous this is ?

I don't actually have a 'recent' experience because i can never get the dates i want anymore! Have they shut down or been taken over?
I used Good to go 4 or 5 times over the last 3 years, and i have never had an issue with them. I arrive at their compound close to Terminal 4, they record any damage to the vehicle, and the mileage. The bus takes about 5 – 7 minutes to drop us off at the Terminal(4). Job done. Then we return, wait until we are collecting our baggage, contact them for pick-up, wait at the designated bus stop, and they have never taken more than 10 minutes to arrive. Car is always as we left it. No problem. I wish i could still use them but something has happened, or the website has crashed.

I have received multiple emails advising you have been unable to take payment (keeping in mind that I have funds available). I have sent multiple emails to which I have gotten no response as to how i can resolve this issue but i am still receiving daily emails advising me i may be liable to further charges??? Can someone contact me ASAP to discuss
Update: no one contacted me. Instead I was forced to pay a 拢50 fine. Disgusting company.

I struggled to believe that this was official Heathrow airport parking as it felt so dodgy and poorly organised. There was no signage to the place, and no contact number given on the email. I would not use this again or recommend it.

Complete scammers. Do not use these guys book direct LHR parking. Good to go do not respond in a timely manner to questions and do not provide clear detail regarding number plate changes on their webpage. Don鈥檛 waste your time trying to call them either.

I won鈥檛 use the company again and would not recommend the company.
To be balanced and fair, the drop off to T5 Heathrow was straightforward and prompt. The company also kindly brought a forgotten piece of luggage to us at the airport (our fault).
The pick up was a complete nightmare and for this reason, I would not use the service again. On arrival, after calling the number to request collection, I was told there would be a 5 minute wait. 15 minutes later we had not been picked up. I called again to be told the driver was caught in traffic (it was 10 p.m in the evening). 10 minutes later, the driver had not arrived, I called again to be told the driver was on his way. After a 35 minute wait in total, the bus arrived. No apology or further explanation.
Travelling back to the park and ride base, there was no sign of any traffic or congestion on any of the roads surrounding the airport.
I believe I was told a complete set of lies about traffic congestion and the 5 minute pick up time was fabricated.

I was a little hesitant to book after reading negative reviews, but I was using the self park option and not the drop and go, so decided to chance it – seemed like a lot of the negative comments were for the valet option.
Easy booking process and the price was significantly less than via Heathrow parking. I asked a question via email and got no response, so direct communication is poor. I had an unexpected change of car approximately 2 weeks before my trip but found it easy to change the details on the site – modifications are allowed, unlike cancellations.
The car park seemed miles from the terminal, but that's a Heathrow thing – premium parking is closer. Entered through barrier via the ANPR with no problems. I found a spot close to the bus stop and was lucky that it came soon after. We were then dropped right at the door of terminal 3.
On the return I apparently missed a bus, so felt like it took forever for another to come along. It does add quite a bit of time to escaping the airport! Got back to find car in perfect condition (thankfully – it was new to me!) and exited the barriers with my ticket without any issue.
Overall, a very good experience. I will absolutely use again.

We booked with Good to Go Heathrow for our holiday to Sri Lanka. Unfortunately due to the bombings and then the Foreign Office advisory not to travel we asked to cancel the parking on 26 April 2019. We still have not received the refund but they have said that they will send a cheque which we should receive in 10 to 14 days! We will then have to wait for the cheque to clear. Is it me or is this unsatisfactory administration???

I do not really know how to describe this service.
The concept is really good, the actual process, a bit less.
Some places are really up to it,they really give you the left over, and it is good.
Some places are really dreadful.
Some cafes or restaurants give only 15 minutes window to pick up the food, otherwise, sorry, nothing left….Or 10 minutes before pick up, after having paid hours before….sorry, nothing left tonight.
Ot the one which is closed, really shut for hours,so no food.
Tonight I promise my girls bag of Italian cannoli, amazing pastries the advertisment said…I paid 3 pounds, and I got 4 tiny bite size minuscule cakes.
Or the one who advertised an amazing roast….,I paied 7 pounds for 2 portions, and I got 2 reheated macaroni cheese portions.
But,again, a few places were truly good, and the concept suits me fine.
I now know where to go, and who to avoid.
I live in Brighton.

All seemed good when we dropped our car off but when we came back from holidays we called in advance for our pick up to go back to collect our car. They said 15 minutes in a certain place which wasn't convenient to get to. 25 minutes later… Nothing… Called again and they said they would send another… Still nothing after a few more calls we were finally picked up after 50 minutes!! Their excuses were, the bus broke down then the second bus went to wrong terminal… We had already had a 2 hour delay flying and landing so was really angry at this point after a 13 hour flight and a 3 and a half hour journey ahead. Will never use these again… AVOID!!!

Drop off and pick up seemed good until I noticed the complete communication and navigation systems for my 2015 BMW had been reset to factory defaults; phone numbers, addresses, contacts and even the radio stations. When I contacted their customer service (if you can call them that) they were completely dismissive and even suggested my car had an electrical fault. Will never use them again. AVOID !!

The parking experience was good. Staff were polite and efficient. When we got in the car, though, we realised that they had left the lights on and caused a flat battery. After we鈥檇 signed the sheet I realised that they had actually broken the casing around the light switch. As everybody had been so lovely so far, I thought that they would just give me the money for this cheap part or offer me a goodwill discount on my next parking. Instead they point blank refused to accept responsibility and sent me a series of rather rude dismissive emails. My partner had thought that the parking was so good that he was going to see if he could set up a business account with them- he runs an international business and his employees fly out of Heathrow daily. He has now decided not to pursue this idea.

We used Good to Go in January 2018. After reading some of the negative reviews I felt I had to leave a review which is very positive. Our car was only a few days old when we used this car park. Photo's were taken and a log of what was in our fuel tank ( we normally take a photo of what fuel we have left) We also took note of the radio station and the mileage.
Our only complaint we waited too long at the airport for our lift back. We checked our car and everything was okay. The staff were very efficient and courteous. Perhaps we were just lucky but on this basis I would recommend "Good to Go"

terrible – at least if you want your car back undamaged ! They take pictures before and after and then, when damage is clearly shown at pick-up, fill in a form to get rid of you and then their 'claims handlers' just deny it could possibly have been their fault. A quick look at other reviewers shows that this is not an isolated incident. I guess if you have an old banger and don't mind a scrath/dent or 2 – they are a great option !

Still good, but not AS good as they used to be. Transfer buses not as frequent upon arrival at stop 16 as they once were. Current works in the car park make it something of a free for all when seeking a space.

Picked my car up 2 weeks ago and immediately noticed damage to rear bumper. Reported immediately to staff, pictures taken, incident form filled in . Just had email , saying nothing to do with them . Awaiting further response and will have to pursue via small claims etc . Hoping they may see sense. Be careful and take pictures of your car when you drop it off .

The most amateur, most disorganised set up imagineable. Do not use! This is a scam! We arrived in the freezing cold and we鈥檙e told by the moron that was there that our key wasn鈥檛 there and he鈥檇 pop down and come back. After 20 minutes in the cold I walked my elderly mother and young family back to the terminal. I returned alone and eventually noticed a number to call. Moron 2 came up with my car keys and said moron 1 left to go to another office! They also kindly changed the radio station and messed up with climate control! Seriously avoid this parking scam! Should be shut down! Will refer to ombudsmen!

I recently used Good To Go Parking at Heathow and would happily recommend their service to others.
They're owned by Heathow Airport Parking and use the airports official car parks anyway so effectively its just a cheaper way of booking Heathow Parking. We parked in the long stay and it was easy to find a space and the bus took around 10 minutes to Terminal 3.

I booked a car from Gatwick South to Heathrow Long Stay Parking . The booking all went smoothly but the same can't be said for the incompetent driver. He had the wrong arrival time for my flight so was late, arrived with a myriad of poor excuses when a simple sorry would have been better. He then couldnt operate the pay machine for his parking ticket and then couldn't find his own car. He didn't know where do drop me, even though it was in the booking details and panicked when dropping me off and nearly reversed the wrong way into two lanes of oncoming traffic. As a goodbye he just verbally abused me. Plenty of bad reviews here, use another company!

I had a mistake on booking, and I needed to amend the day of my return. Was literally IMPOSSIBLE to amend it. I could only phone them to the costumer service number. Tried to phone different days, at different hours. I was ALWAYS on hold, one time even up to one hour. Never got any answer.
DONT MAKE MY SAME MISTAKE.
AWFUL COMPANY!!

Very dissappointed, will never trust them again.
On my return i collected my car and to my surprise 5 min after i have left the parking area my interior mirror falls off on my BMW 5 Series 2016. While the mirror is hanging i also notice a crack on my windscreen right next to where the mirror sits on. Later that evening i sent them an email with pictures. 5 days on no reply. I then called there office only for a staff to say "what email", he then found my email and asked me to speak to his Team Leader which he then spoke to his manager only for him to reply back to me with the terms and condition and that they cannot be liable for the damage as i never reported it before leaving. T&C i completely understand, but how is one suppose to realise that one of their staff "possibly" during moving the vehicle to a parking space have knocked the mirror and then tried to squeeze it back in. Why i say that is because interior mirrors are not designed for it just to fall off all of a sudden, i have noticed broken clips on each side and there was no possible way of me puting it back on, how it was put back on i have no idea, regardless it fell off and now it will cost me to get it repaired. People don't check every nuts and bolts on their car when returned, it's about trust. Disgusting, no consideration. Will never recommend to anyone.

Due to a change in my take off time,I had to amend my arrival time at the car park, as my flight time out of Heathrow had been brought forward 2 hours. Therefore, I had to bring my arrival time forward 2 hours at the car park. I was charged an additional 拢4.00 to make the amendment. If I arrive slightly earlier than planned at the car park due to the fact that I made better travel times than expected, will I also be charged for arriving too early?
