Horrible experience with customer support.
I paid for a couple of Stylus pens and refill, which I never received. I asked for a help/support and did not receive any answer, not even an apology.
The Supernote that I've got is an excellent product, but I would not buy it from Good e-Reader again.
There are other companies that may bring better support for the same type of product. I'll go for it.

Second item on my order list was a Hisense A5 Pro Cc.

Got the phone in 2 weeks time, with very accurate communication. Again order and shipment was perfect.

Will go with them on my next order (and actually already did).

I just received my Pocketbook Color ereader it took about a week to arrive. I have dealt with Peter from Good e-reader for a long time now, i even bought the first color reader, the mirasol e-reader but this one so far is amazing i love color covers been waiting for a long time for it. I dont get the negative reviews but everyone has the right to their own opinions and this is mine; Good e-reader always treated me beyond fair and no they dont pay me lol this is just an honest review, i hope it helped some people make a decision to order

Hi this is vikram from India. I ordered Fujitsu quaderno A4 13.3 inch ereader from GoodEreader.com. I ordered on Sep 9 he dispatched immediately. I got it Sep 16 through DHL Post. Very good website. He can deliver any eInk device internationally. He responded immediately after msg.. His review videos on YouTube are excellent.

I buyed a Onyx Boox Note 2 online from their website. A few days later (after my credit has already been charged) I receive an email from them telling me that I have been "flagged as high risk" (it is the first time any transaction of mine is flagged as such). They ask me through email to go to their website and send them a picture of an ID card through an online form.

When I try to do so, I receive an error code on submission (503 – Service Unavailable). I try a couple of time to no avail, so I write them to explain the issue.

After a few email exchanges in which their reply is always very curt, they say they fixed the problem. So I try again, from different browsers, computers and phone – always receiving the same error.

That is when I start reading their reviews here and start thinking it might be a fraud, and I tell them so through email.

They then started a reimbursement process.

All in all, I lost a lot of time and it was stressful.

I was explained on the phone that my transaction has been flagged as high risk "as I am from QC (Canada)"… What is such a criterion?! You come from there so you are not trustworthy?!

Anyway…. a very bad experience.

Horrible service and support.
Ordered ereader from this store, and they didn't ship it to me. Sales team ignores almost every message and email. They just don't reply. After almost 2 months of waiting and emailing them, I wrote their sales manager Peter asking for a refund.
It felt like they didn't want to give my money back. I was waiting for another two weeks but no refund was received. And again I wasted plenty of my time emailing them, asking where is my refund, they said that actually they shipped my order already, so when I requested for a track number, they said it was a mistake and it wasn't shipped… Like… Really?…
I've placed my order on 7 June, and only today 16 August I received the refund.

Recently ordered from them then saw these reviews. Immediately tried to cancel my purchase – it had been a day or so since the order was placed. While I wasn't able to get through to them on the phone, the emails I sent were received, and I received emails back within the day. It was even during the weekend. Though my order had shown as processing still, they had shipped it out and we're just waiting on the shipping label to provide the tracking number. They said my order had already shipped but would try to pull it back.

Based on the reviews here I asked where it had shipped from. Since they said they had a location in my country I had expected it would ship from my country with no duties, but it had been shipped from a location outside my country. The details on the website had explained about the duties but I wish they could have been more communicative about where it would ship from and how much duties might be before I placed the order.

However they did manage to pull my package back, and I was refunded all but the shipping.

Negative 0 STARS. I attempted several times to reach out to customer service. They will send partial responses or no responses at all. The only request they will respond to is your request on how to pay for an item however they ignore your customer concerns after the purchase has been made. One customer service rep even THREATENED ME via a chat typing I will experience pain. Really? Back in June 2020, they promised to compensate me by sending a complimentary item because they sent me the wrong item, but I have yet to see it. When I received my item-from China- the invoice revealed I paid 270.00 more than what the item actually cost. This explains why they are so hard to reach and will not respond to people. Please avoid this company at all cost. This is by far the rudest and most dishonest company I have every worked with. You have been warned.

I pre-ordered a remarkable 2 with these gents.
Their customer service responses were completely unpolite, anytime I would seek updates. Example: "remarkable 2 only ships in July, no updates to give" simple, just like that.
When remarkable announced they were postponing the launch of remarkable 2 for 3 months I contacted their customer service and their level of unprofessionalism, rudeness, and unprofessionalism was this:

Scam site! Bought an item from the store which support told me would ship within days. A month later and it still hadn't left their door. The refund process is a clear paypal scam. Beware.

I ordered a Hisense A5 from them as a novelty (looking for a small e-reader, doubling as a phone is a bonus), as it was one of the few sites selling it to the U.S. IIRC, it was listed as shipping in a couple weeks, so I didn't think anything of the lack of communication for a couple weeks.

update:
Nearly three weeks later, they e-mailed me complaining about my e-mail address, and asked me for a "real" one; seeming to miss the irony of e-mailing me asking for a real address. When I responded asking what they meant (within the hour) the irony was compounded with them complaining that "This is taking a long time. Your next reply should include your email so we can proceed".

I gave them an alternate address (along with a snarky one that would have worked as well).

The next communication was a bit over two weeks later, DHL letting me know (at my original e-mail address) that my package was on the way.

I received it a week or two later without issue, and have been happily using it since. I probably won't order mainstream products from them, but would be willing to give them a second shot for something obscure.

Update: three months later, Good E-Reader replied. (Which is, IMO, not an unreasonable timeframe for a third-party review site like this). I appreciate the response, and the assertion that "We have adjusted our communication process since your order and have made things easier to chat with us". I haven't ordered from them since this order, so can't confirm that.

However, the response also includes a question about whether or not I used a PO BOX. This is a bit confusing, since the issue I had was with my e-mail address, not my physical mailing address. So while there may be commendable efforts to improve, that response is not particularly reassuring to me.

I can't say that the customer service isn't answering, because they do, but they lie.
I made my order one month ago "50$ fast delivery"
"fast delivery" -> first lie
very expensive delivery price -> not a lie
every week they told me I will receive it the following week -> lies
My item shows from the beginning as "processed" so I asked reimbursement because it never shipped.
The reimbursement request was 10 days ago -> no answers and no reimbursement.
Avoid them for god sake.

I agree with other viewers, with an emphasis on their conduct. So I agree that one must avoid at all cost. A friend of mine has experience the worst service from the past. So guys just avoid this company if you can. I don't even want to give them one star really, yet one star is the lowest, hence no choice.

Avoid at all costs! Got hit with ridiculous duty charges because they ship from other countries. $83!! It was defective so I emailed to return it and they wont take it back. But it took 2 weeks of trying to contact them to even get a response. I wish I had seen all these reviews and gone with Amazon. A very expensive mistake…

Merchant was very fast to charge my card – finalized sale the day after. I received an invoice at the time of purchase. Then silence. Call the customer service number, send SMS or any other form of contact they offer on the website and no answer.

More than a week, no reply.

Good YouTube videos.

Do yourself a favor, read up on the horror stories about them drop shipping items from other countries resulting in excessive duties charges to get your item. Save yourself the time and effort. Buy directly from Amazon or your preferred reader's website.

Buying experience was okay, but big lack of communication and SMS/telephone never answered. Buyer beware.

Horrible experience.
Ordered on Feb. 28th, emailed and called number of times. On April 1st filed dispute with Paypal. The same day I was sent email that it was sent, I refused it via Paypal and got my money back.
On the email: "Why did it take so long" I got a following answer: From michael kozlowski Thu, Apr 2, 12:07 AM "I thought one of our customer service reps did it, apparently they did not, I apologize. " Very pathetic!!! After 30 days…and only after I filed dispute!
If I had an option to give No Star, I would!!!
I purchased it from Spanish company Techinn.com – no issues!!!
