I will never buy anything else from this company. It took over 2 weeks to receive the jeans I spent $200 on. Then, the return policy is ridiculous. You have 21 days to request a return from the day they ship. That鈥檚 pretty tight when it takes close to that number of days to even get them. I sent them back just in time, but the shipping back takes as long as it does getting to you and then they say they will refund two weeks after they receive the item back. I will get a refund in a month, at the earliest, from when I dropped them at the post office to return back to the company. I don鈥檛 begrudge the ill fit since we鈥檙e all built differently, but the shipping and return process is TERRIBLE.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought $200 pair of jeans and a $5 mask to donate. When I emailed the company to find out what was going on they told me they couldn鈥檛 send the jeans until the masks were in stock again which would be the middle of May. I said ok please cancel the mask and thanks for no heads up about that info. CS was more than eager to completely cancel my entire order instead of just correcting their misleading mistake. The jeans better shine like gold because their CS is worthless.. yet they email every day for a review on the jeans that I still haven鈥檛 received a month later. I could have crocheted 250 masks by now and I can鈥檛 crochet! So here鈥檚 your review Good America .. your customer service sucks so your jeans better be worth it.

I really love my good American jeans. I saw a review from shea Whitney on YouTube and tried them out. They were very comfortable and holding up well. They shipped quick. I loved them so much I bought another pair in black. Great jeans.

My first and last experience with this company!!!! So disappointed. I can not review their clothes because I never got them! After contacting customer service through e-mail the only thing I got was we need to look into it, and stated it shows it was delivered? Well It wasn't delivered to me! Customer service rep wasn't even empathetic. I filed a dispute and still waiting on a refund! Unbelievable!!!

I am not rating the actual jeans because I haven't received them however their processing is ridiculous. I placed an order a week ago and have yet to receive any sort of shipping confirmation. To wait 2 weeks + (since I don't know when they will actually ship) its absurd and should be noted when ordering.
I received an email from them after I complained what's going on with my order and their response was "Please know that your order is still on the way to you and we are working to get out orders by the end of next week, at the latest."
By the end of next week?! So that means 3 weeks before they ship. Just no.
I would never shop with them again.

Can鈥檛 live without Good American Jeans! These aren鈥檛 everyday jeans but for once in a while or for work they鈥檙e the best.
