I sadly ordered from the their internet company this item "WipeOff鈩?Tags & Moles Remover" and it came within two weeks, but the product I received from them was a simple vial with no labels on it, no any instruction leaflet inside no any certification for safe use on it, just a small box which inside contained a little vial and on both was written the same title "Liquid want flat". No trademark like the advertised product which had on it the "WipeOff" trademark, no other title like "Tags & Moles Remover" like the advertised product had on it. I just received this little box with the little vial filled with a suspicious liquid inside. When I sent message to their support team to ask if they sent me by accident wrong product and about the absence of any instruction leaflet and provided them with pictures of what I received they told me that this is the correct product and nothing more and when I told them that I cannot use an unlabeled and suspicious product like this without even a leaflet inside of how to use safely, what is the correct and safe dosage or any side effects and precautions and so for all that I wish to return it and fully refunded as they claim that they do on their website, they never answered me back. I tried second and third time to communicate with them but I never got any answer back. Please be careful from such internet companies like this because they are trying usually to trick you with false products and their support teams never help you out after you address them. It is a typical scum but hopefully the product I ordered wasn t too expensive, it could be worse for me as I could have ordered something more expensive from their website.
