Connelly took the time to answer all my questions, plus offer excellent suggestions. My gong and stand arrived quickly and packaged well. I only wish there had been an instruction sheet on assembling the stand. I figured it out, but knowing a few things about the pieces would've saved time and effort. Totally enjoying it now though!

Gongs unlimited had been recommended to me by several individuals. I had heard if I was going to get anything for a gong to purchase it from them. And they were right. Everything I purchased was exactly as it was stated on the website. I purchased two mallets, a wooden 36鈥?gong stand, and a bag for the gong and stand. Everything was of extremely high-quality. I am extremely satisfied with all of my purchases and will purchase from them again.

The gong arrived well packaged and in a timely manner. The flower of life design is beautiful and the sound is deep and resonate. I am happy with this purchase.

I'm giving 3 stars because of the an issue with delivery. The package was left with another company even though Gong Unlimited had marked on the package to have FedExp/UPS to call me or ask Security to bring them up to our suite which I had requested.

Came fast and nicely packed!!!! And that too during Christmas times when things arrive 3 weeks late or never arrive. Thumbs up! ?

So far loving my new mallets and waiting on my new gong. Customer service was quick and friendly. My mallets arrived much sooner than expected and my gong is set to arrive a day earlier than expected. I will definitely be ordering more in the future.
