I tried to get help with my son cash app after some one had hacked his account. So I google help with cash app hack and I found them (gone tech.net ) So after they reset my son CashApp card they said that they would need another cash app to send the money to.. When I gave them mine they wanted me to add the quick support app to my phone and then they said they need to verify my account in order to send the money that was taken from him. After they had me verify my identity they had me add money to cash app and then send it to my son cash app and every time It didn't go through they tried to get me to add more when. I took my bank account off my CashApp their phone coveniently got disconnected so when I called back they tried to take me through the same thing saying that no one talked to me. After that. I just called my bank. I was able to get my money back and I also canceled my cash app. There is too many loop holes with cash app and if its that easy to get hacked I don't want them and they don't have a phone number to contact them which makes it more easier for places like gone-tech to take advantage of people. So please do not use gonetech for help with anything they are A SCAM! Also I deleted the app they had me download.

My husband noticed some strange activity in my CashApp account and Googled how to report fraud and the gonetech.net app came up in the search. He called the number and they had him download anydesk app on his phone. They took control of his account to "fix it" and then sent me a request for money from his account. I sent it, but when I checked with him, I learned he did not receive it. I immediately unlinked my accounts from CashApp and head him to the same and remove the anydesk app from his phone. Luckily, my bank accepted the fraud report and returned the money to my account. I saw that they attempted to take another $2300 from my bank account.

My wife was trying to cancel her Facebook account, and Facebook doesn't make that easy. So she googled a question about Facebook support and up pops Monktech under some heading about offering Facebook support. She calls the number, and the Asian sounding tech person instructs her to pull up a site that allows them to control your computer. Luckily, she called me over to the phone as she was doing it and I asked the "tech" guy why he would need to control her computer just to cancel her Facebook account. I then hung up and closed out the window, and hopefully did it in time. Interestingly, 30 minutes later we got a fraudulent charge on our credit card, and another one 45 minutes later (we canceled the card). I assume it's a coincidence because I don't see how they could have found her credit card number even if they had access to her computer for a moment or two.
