After booking with Gomio, I was contacted by the hostel I booked saying that the room type Gomio offered didn't even exist at the hostel. I contacted Gomio about a refund and they simply never responded nor refunded my money.

I made my last three bookings with this site and it is great, very easy and not many push anoying messgs like bookin. Some hostels re cheaper

I was put in an interesting situation when arrived to the hotel I reserved where I was told that there were no reservations connected to my name. Fortunately, there was free place for me. I emailed the next hotel where I was going to stay then I knew that they didn't hear about me as well.
Gomio refused to refund money. That's all.
