It was clear after we looked at the potential catastrophe me and my wife could face if we experience an expensive health issue in our later years, that the Medigap supplement was the clear choice!

I like more of a hands on approach. Someone sitting down with me so I totally understand everything. I have heard not so great things about Humana, so I hope I will not be disappointed in the plan I chose.

I work for a pharmacy and I was disappointed to the Part D not being able to use them and not understanding why I couldn't use them instead of having to drive further to pick up a prescription.

I am not sure decisions I made were in my best interest because information was unclear. Parts A and B were fairly uncomplicated, but Part D was very confusing and after paying high costs in 2019 I was hoping 2020 would not be so expensive. I did not come out of the process with that assurance.

She even said she would reach back out to me when it was time to sign up for Part D to help me along. And she was most patient with all of my questions.
