Delivery took nearly 2 Weeks…in the Website it was descriped 3-4 days

Didn鈥檛 call 30 min before, didn鈥檛 help to get my doors to my entrance, didn鈥檛 understand a bit English

I ordered a parkett and a mellanl盲gg. I could track the two products online in real time. Unfortunately that was the first two days only. Then the tracking system did not report any longer and the delivery company would not be able to give me any clear answer of where they are. Might be the corona times that these two items got lost in a collapsed terminal in Stockholm. Finally I got the parkett, but no sign of the Mellanl盲gg. It is 4 weeks since i made my purchase now…

Order process was fine. But when I had to do a return it has been painful. I made the return request on April 17th and I am still waiting for the return slip (May 1st). No response from customer service when I asked what the delay is. And on top of it, you want me to pay 95kr. Not a great service.

Slow delivery. I could see my order be delivered on stockholm port after a week and a half before it came to my house in Stockholm. Probably because of corona though.

My order was not dealt with because I had writte sthg in notification and it looks like nobody on your side looked at it. It was just stopped and I didnt get any delivery and no notification either.

Everything was okay just pity that the car driver left very quickly leaving the big wooden pallet in the middle of the port . what to do with it?

They claim to deliver within 3-5 days but expect delivery to take many weeks.

Site says 鈥漟ast delivery鈥? Dont buy it. Get your goods elsewhere if you鈥檙e on a schedule.

Come on! You say free delivery, but then you just later in the payment process take a large administration fee instead. That leaves me with a unhappy shopping experience.

I have ordered but my order has been cancelled by Gil Poole because they told me that the price was set to 0 and it was an obvious error. I can鈥檛 get anything offer but the original full price. Is it fair to me? The customer support said even though 0 price is a kind of common offer from other internet shops but it is an obvious error to me at their website.
