It's is clear that Mike needs to come back to mainland USA and re-take control of his business. I have ordered from Gold Silver many times in the past and the service was always good. I ordered 1,000 Silver Rounds over about 2 months ago now and it is still showing my order is waiting for delivery to the Utah and still haven't arrived.

I sent an email a week ago and still nothing. I just sent my second email. No response and you can't even speak to someone on the phone anymore! I order Gold Eagles and Buffalo's from 2 other leading online Gold Sellers and I have gotten those weeks ago. The only reason I am writing this review is I believe this is the only way I can now get service. So Sad!!

Well it has been over 7 weeks now since I paid for my consignments and I have even sent multiple emails & raised multiple tickets to convert my consignments to a vault order instead of a shipment order, but neither have I got the consignment processed in the vault neither any update from the team on the status of the consignments. And guess what, I invested enough to become an insider right away listening to all the educational videos posted by Mr. Mike Maloney, but I must say I am very disappointed with the way my order and its processing is being handled. I purchased back on 19th Mar 2020 but I haven't received any update on my consignments as of yet, and its 4th May 2020 today.

And now when I am reading other feedback, I am getting worried about their sellback, shipment, and all processes. For some reason, this feels like a borderline scam to me now. Folks, please be careful. My experience is pretty bad when I have already paid up for 600 ounces of silver and I have no clue where my money went and what is happening to my consignment.

Phone lines seem to be open now. And they responded on my ticket saying they have converted my order to a Vault order rather than a shipment request earlier(as per my request). But still, the order status is SHIPMENT REQUESTED.

Anyways, I am raising the rating from 1 star to 2 star, just for the fact that they responded to my email after a long wait.

On 23rd June 2020, I got my silver bars, delivered at Salt Lake City Utah vault.
But back on 30th Jun 2020, I paid up for the physical delivery of the bars from the vault to my place. However, as of today, I have not received any update on the tracking information of my shipments. Have reached customer service at least 10 times regarding the same, but still they are unable to respond back on the ETA..
Pathetic service!! Please avoid by all means!!

My never ending ordeal with GoldSilver.com continues.. After reaching out multiple times and via different channels I was told that the original shipment cost of 400$ for sending the bars was now not enough as the shipment needs to be split and sent as 3 different packages and they asked me to send my credit card details for charging another 300$. And after providing them with the credit card details, they updated on 21st Aug 2020, that my first of the 5(FIVE!!) shipments have been sent. (Yes they were supposed to split the package into 3, but they decided on their own that they wanted to now split into 5 instead of the earlier communicated 3).
Nevertheless, 10 days ago when they shared the tracking number of the first package, I was happy that at-least I was going to receive the first of my 100oz bars. But to my surprise when I called Fedex customer service on the delay, they updated me that they had to hold the package as it was EMPTY!!
I am completely heart-broken and so fired-up right now!!
I have dropped an email to the team and awaiting their response.
If you have any similar experiences, please reach out to me. I would surely like to know about yours and see if this can be dealt with in the appropriate manner.

I placed an order for 600 ounces of silver. GoldSilver.com double charged me! This is an absolute disaster and at this stage I'm extremely stressed. They do not respond to emails, if you call them you are placed on hold forever and if you try to leave a message you can't as their mailbox is full. I'm having to seek assistance from my credit card company. Avoid at all costs.

Look; I can't predict what is going to happen to anyone else's order. I can tell you that my 500 ounces of Ag arrived in two weeks…which is blindingly fast under the current set of circumstances. The delivery woman rang the doorbell and ACTUALLY WAITED for a human being to come and sign for the parcel–and it was a heavy parcel; she never put it down until we took it from her, so i fully believe that the insurance on all packages is legit. I see a lot of disparaging comments below; good grief–this is the first real global emergency that we've seen since WW2–there are going to be hiccups. People who've never bought these commodities are suddenly trying to buy all that they can, such last-minute behavior was bound to result in chaos. We've all had ample-warning, and not just from Mike! Now the sky is falling and everyone acts like a company is supposed to send real money to random people with questionable credit during a crisis…seems inane to me…it'd be like getting angry at a deciduous tree for dropping it's leaves in the fall. We are entering the cycle that many of the gold and silver experts told you was coming…most of the issues mentioned below came from credit-card users, and Mike and others warned us that credit–in it's current form–is an abomination a long time ago. Don't be discouraged from trying this company; they do good work.

The GoldSilver.com website says that if we call in, then they will match the price of the same product with Providentmetals.com, JMBullion.com, Silver.com, etc. I called in on 3/16/20 and spoke to a GoldSilver rep. But the representative refused to honor the price match which is still stated on the GoldSilver.com website. However, the website still has not been updated to say that the price match no longer applies. According to the website, the price match STILL applies.
Although the response below from GoldSilver says: "the price you brought for us to match was from a competitor whose site was malfunctioning and was charging less than spot."
I actually did not mention a price to match and I did not mention the name of a company which I was requesting a match to. So the statement below from GoldSilver.com is not accurate.
I suggest that the GoldSilver.com website get updated so that it no longer says that it will do a price match.

I like Mike and really appreciate all of the professionally produced, free educational books and videos. Service has been good, but a tad less than friendly on the phone. GoldSilver prices are a little higher than the broker I typically use, but there's a lot more value provided with the investor information, justifying the premium over spot price.

After reading Mike's book and watching his series, I realized how risky it was to not own silver or gold and stick to the US dollar which will inevitably fail very soon.

I have converted most of my US dollars into silver now. His platform is very easy to use and maintain; I just need to make payments and click a few buttons. Storage is safe and low-priced.

If you care about your financial future, research into gold and silver for yourself. You'll quickly realize that this is the way and platform to go.

I like the product I purchased but the shipping and insurance costs are expensive. A lot of places offer free shipping on orders $99 or more and under that only $10 shipping and insurance.
