I have purchased face masks from this company. Their company website stated that product usually ships out within 2 business days. I have been waited for one and a half months, and received nothing from this company. I sent email to their mailbox which stated in their website twice during the waiting period, tried to figure out the problem, but this company never get back to me! I know there is shortage in face mask everywhere, so I wish to cancel my order and get a refund if they are out of stock at the moment. So I also sent a request to cancel my order a few days ago, however, I still didn't get any response from them. They just took my money with no service and no product provided!
