SEE PHOTOS! DO NOT SHOP WITH HER! BEWARE! She gave herself a fake review on Google. The female you reach out to is the owner of GoldLabel Co which is an LLC. She claims to sell wigs, however these wigs never ship or at least in my case it didn't. She was rude and unprofessional when I stated that if my wig hadn't been shipped by 11 Sep 2020 (after being on order since Aug 7,2020) I would regrettably have to cancel the order and get a refund. She never said anything about a refund so I went directly to my bank and made a claim. She believes she is safe from scrutiny because all of her reviews are managed by her online page or Instagram. She lacks customer service skills and to think she calls herself a veteran, it's disgusting to someone like me who is an honest veteran. She's more than likely drop shipping from China and not telling customers which is why wigs take over a month. I bought my wig on Aug 7,2020 and still never got a positive tracking status from USPS as of September 13,2020. She will also hide behind COVID as the reason usps is taking so long to ship when in reality the wig is never placed in USPS' possession.

UPDATE: September 14,2020 she shipped the package after my husband and I told her we wanted to cancel the order, we refused the shipment so that USPS could send that thing back to her. Customer Service Matters! I refuse to shop with rude, arrogant, unprofessional people from any business, I'll take my coins elsewhere.

Update September 26,2020: The unprofessional low down person just emailed my husband and said that she wouldn't be giving me a refund because USPS held the package I refused at their office. Like I said she's drop shipping she's not a wholesale buyer. She doesn't want to take the loss for the wig she purchased and took forever to send. As you can see from the pictures USPS apologized for holding the package after I refused it. Smh WHATEVER you do DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS female.
