In theory this means that your head and neck will be supported better when you sleep which would relieve back and/or neck pain.
For this they charge a premium.
An excellent idea in theory and one that I've been looking for for a long time. Normal pillows never seem to be deep enough for me.
Sadly the reality was far from ideal.
I was measured by my osteopath who followed their system but when the pillow arrived it was way, way too shallow for my shoulder size. Not even close.
I don't doubt my osteopath as she has years of experience so the system can't be right.
The pillow also collapsed completely during the night. It has some sort of cheap filling in it that doesn't hold its shape for more than an hour or two.
The opposite of what they advertise.
Anyway I contacted Goldilocks Pillows and asked if I could exchange for a deeper pillow but the customer service I got was appalling.
When they could be bothered to reply to my e mails they didn't actually answer the questions that I asked them.
They also refused to put their name in their e mails so I had no idea who I was speaking to. They simply signed off as 'customer services'.
It seemed as if they wanted to conceal their identity as they wouldn't reveal their name even when asked.
They wouldn't exchange the pillow so eventually I just disposed of it.
Colossal waste of money.
In the end I found a deep pillow in John Lewis for 拢20 that did the job perfectly.
