I ordered my necklace and being a hand made piece it takes a while and we'll Covid came into play being that they are located in Florida it made the process longer but the communication between the office and me was great but that's besides the point the necklace is great the spacing between the links are tight and consistent throughout box lock is tight and the weight is good only thing is didn't come stamped 999-925 besides that excellent purchase for the quality and price

Great quality for a gold plated cuban link, good weight to it almost like a real gold chain. Fits beautifully and passed the "hang straight" test. You can tell it was hand made.
