I ordered earrings over a month ago – still no word on when they are coming

Ordered the celestial earrings on October 15th 2019 thinking they'd be a perfect Christmas gift. Well it's a few days past Christmas now and they haven't shown up. When I go to tracking it says it's still at The US Secondary Processing Center. They also delete any posts calling them out on their social media. We've been scammed.

I ordered from them based on the freebie sponsored ad on instagram. I ended up purchasing another pair as well. It took a few weeks to arrive from China. And when I opened them they were a HUGE disappointment. The earrings were cheaply made easily breakable. From a far they do look nice but up close they are not worth more than $5. I checked out their Instagram and all of their comments from upset customers have now been deleted keeping only the positive ones and commenting in general are now switched to 鈥渓imited posts鈥? Don鈥檛 waste your time or money purchasing from here. You can get same quality for a lot less on eBay.

This place is a scam. My earrings have not yet arrived and I ordered them over a month ago. I had the order tracked and they stopped giving updates around only 2 weeks in.

Ordered Celestial Earrings advertised on instagram several months ago and they never arrived. I reached out to get a refund for the lost product and they say you only have 30 days from purchase to refund. It took nearly 30 days to even appear on the tracking for shipping. BEWARE THE SCAM

I ordered earrings more than a month ago but they never arrived. I wrote an email to them asking for information and they sent me the tracking number again…
The tracking shows that my package is disappeared (last updated info 15/11).
Wasted money, I hope they'll refund me

I ordered the celestial earrings back in September. Three months later, they still have not yet arrived. Golden Repertoire provided me a tracking number, but when I used it, the information I received suggested that the package disappeared at the end of September, about two 1/2 months ago. When I contacted customer support, they responded, "Thanks for letting us know and sorry for the confusion, I have checked your order and can confirm it has shipped.Usually, our shipping takes around 2-4 weeks depending on how quickly your country can process the items through customs."

Never ordering from this company again.

They took a while to come but beautiful quality and can't wait to wear them. I got the moon and star earrings (advertised on instagram: paid for the postage and the earrings were free!) the only problem is that in order to wear them separately you will have to use different earring backs for the stars, or remove the moon earrings with pliers from the backs and reattach them to another hook in order to wear them as stand alone pieces.

Been waiting for a month, sent with Chinese post, finally received them SO HAPPY, they are pretty cool, quality is also, 1:1 like they got on the photo.

I honestly expected this to be bad but the earrings I received were both gorgeous and good quality wise. One of the stoppers was a bit loose and I emailed them about it, they immediately sent me a new pair. Honestly amazing!

I ordered earrings over 2 months ago and still have not received anything. After contacting customer service multiple times, I was informed that I would receive a refund of my money however, I have yet to receive this as well! I believe that this company is a complete scam and needs to be reported to the proper authorities.

Update: When I commented on their instagram post for the earrings that I never received them after several months, my comment was immediately deleted and a second attempt to repost says "Comments on this post have been limited". Also their website no longer exists which is even more cause for suspicion…

I saw a sponsored post on instagram about beautiful earrings (for free) so then I ordered them and a t-shirt from the shop. When I got the t-shirt it didn't look like the picture at all. It was black instead of white. The slogan was not in delicate typewriter font but in big arial letters. It looks so cheap. I was so disappointed and I will never wear it. Also, I never got the earrings.
I messaged the company via e-mail, contact form on the website and instagram – no response. I wanted to comment on their instagram profile but comments are not activated…of course not. Very shady. Avoid this shop!
