Appalling service. Either a complete scam or just totally incompetent. I sent them small car badges for gold plating. After almost a month and several emails I eventually got an invoice indicating they were ready to send back. Invoice paid by bank transfer as they requested and after 2 weeks still no car badges. They have not replied to my emails or returned my numerous telephone calls. I have now been told the number on their website is just a central answering service and they have left The Quadrant Business Centre with no forwarding address. Don't use them. A complete waste of money and you will probably never see your precious items ever again.
