I purchased items from GoldenGlove on 12/4/2018. I inquired about the status of my order on 12/22/2018. I received a reply on 12/27/2018 stating my items should be shipped on or before 1/8/2019. I again inquired on 1/11/2019, and received a reply on 1/15/2019 stating they were "slammed" with orders. On 2/9/2019 and on 3/7/2019 I sent emails with further inquiries regarding my order, but those emails were never answered. I have not received the items I purchased, and the company stopped replying to my email messages.
I initiated a claim with PayPal, to receive a refund. Following that, GoldenGlove "shipped" me a letter stating that I will eventually receive my items, AND THEY USED THE DELIVERY of the "shipment" of that piece of paper as "proof" to PayPal that they shipped the merchandise. This was underhanded at best, and likely rises to criminality.
The claim of "shipment" by GoldenGlove almost worked. PayPal closed our case in favor of GoldenGlove, and it took much persuasion from me for PayPal to reopen the claim, and look at the facts and evidence. I won't disclose the one thing GoldenGlove did that convinced PayPal, as I don't want to help GoldenGlove cheat others.
In the end, PayPal refunded my money.
Now, GoldenGlove is asking for a review of the products I purchased. Their order tracking is so bad, they asked a customer they tried to cheat for a review of how "wonderful" they are (not). This is being sent to GoldenGlove as a reply, but I'm certain it will never show on their website…. But, since they asked me to write it, I'll be sure to post it on Google, etc.
My review:
The lowest number of stars.
Never received the items I ordered and paid for.
GoldenGlove tried to cheat me when I complained to PayPal.
AVOID!!!

I ordered a Miami Dolphins Sweat Outfit on December 1, 2018. It is now March 4, 2019 and no Sweat Outfit, no response to my emails. They had no problem taking my money and now I am having a problem getting a refund because it has been 4 months. i am so upset that you cannot pick up the phone and speak with someone. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.
it seems like they know just how long to keep giving you the run around so your credit card company will not refund the money due to the length of time it takes for you to realize you have been scammed. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!
NOW I AM OUT OF AN OUTFIT AND THE MONEY!!!!!!

Believe this to be a scam site BEWARE! Ordered a hoodie dress on November 3 and was guaranteed by Christmas. They took the money and said we would receive an email when it was shipped out. It is now January 5 haven't heard a word from them. Reached out to them by email which is the only way to reach them and got a very generic auto reply back about how they messed up orders and are trying to fix it. This sucks because I really wanted the product for Christmas. Getting ready to report it as fraud on my credit card
