I rented a 2nd space and have been.blockrd twice on my entrance because of the 1st storage place. I couldn't make the deadline to transfer my belongings over due to an eviction after paying my rent and being sick. The Manager Kathy changed my access ability twice. This should be a violation of my con tract to access my 2nd unit.

The manager gave us the choice of several fine storage spots with the best features that we could want; and, we got the best prices for the spaces that we rented. The Golden State Storage on Tropicana Avenue in Las Vegas, NV, is in a very good location with easy and uncrowded access, and their buildings are very new and clean. The spaces in the main building are evaporative-cooler-cooled, and they have eleven-foot ceiling heights.

Working with Kelly and Art was wonderful. I rented a storage space from them in anticipation of my move from AZ to CA. Upon arrival of my furniture, I realized that I would need a larger space. They were there to accommodate my situation with a space that would fit my needs. So kind and flexible. I'm so glad I rented from Golden State!

It was so comfortable at the office. The staff was very friendly. They shared lots of information and went over it to make sure I understood everything. They were very patient. I would recommend this place in a heart beat!!!!!

Art gave me an education-in-a-nutshell about storage facilities. I went to several others in the area, and every time I went, they were closed for some reason. The price was competitive, and the people running the office are courteous and professional.

WE walked in to Golden State, got very helpful and complete information and completed the transaction painlessly and quickly.

The people at the storage facility are amazing! Couldn't ask for nicer or more helpful people. My one issue is the easy access to my and other storage lockers. Particle board with 4 screws isn't secure. There is a gap at the top of my storage area that I know I could fit through without the camera ever seeing me. I don't think it would cost much to fill in these areas with sheet metal or some other strong material.
