I was a little worried when I started transferring all my retirement but the more I talked to the Goldco Direct Reps, the better I felt about it all…….I am so glad I did it…..It was the BEST decision I have made for my retirement !!!!

This was a first time experience of transferring my traditional IRA to a gold-backed IRA, so I had a lot to learn! Blake and Karla were extremely helpful, professional, and wonderful to work with. They answered all my questions and made the process easy for me! I highly recommend them to you and have every confidence that will take excellent care of you if you make this decision.

Putting monies into a fund you are unfamiliar with is difficult. The personal contact and assurances from Goldco's representative were very helpful. The follow up has also been reassuring. Putting money into precious metals is unsettling when the values in the fund appear to be 50% of what was transferred. Understanding that values shown are not retail values but more akin to melt down values helps a bit. I'm still not sure of the way value is determined but I feel more assured because of the personal contact.

I used GoldCo Direct to set up a gold and silver IRA account. Their representative was professional and discussed my objectives in determining the best mix of precious metals for my account. They were thorough in explaining the process.

I have not purchased gold and silver without taking personal possession immediately due to being a victim of a ponzi scheme some time back. After looking at the ratings with the BBB, and seeing their ranking in INC, 500, I choose to go with Goldco. The process was easy, help was always available, and I had an easy time with the paperwork.

The two people I spoke with- one male ,one female were very helpful and answered any questions courteously and kindly–It was an altogether pleasant experience.

Dave contacted me regularly, but not too often, when I was contemplating changing my IRA to silver. He answered my (many) questions forthrightly & prepared me at each step regarding what was to follow. Others in the company were pleasant and seemed competent. Paperwork follow-through was clear and on time. I waited to write this review until I had received the silver coins which reimbursed me for the set-up fees. Since everything up to that point had been verbal or on paper, I was anxious to see this tangible evidence of the company's honesty and integrity. I was not disappointed.
