however I've one issue about verification steps, as you haven't taken any consideration for any non-english speaking countries like arabic-speaking countries.

I've provided proof of address using local governmental issued documents + my passport but it was in Arabic and the team was not able to verify it.

so appreciate if you can have some arabic speaking especially for document verification

Gold Avenue customer service is top notch, reply every single enquires and doubts. The UI to buy/store/sell is very clear and simple. Pricing is also quite competitive especially for the 1oz gold bar.

I made an order and forget about it. I was reminded about that but was not online in the time. I wrote them an email about my mistake and they waived cancellation fee and credited my money (that I sent too late) to my GoldAvenue account. They were very helpful and really responsive through emails.

Overall great experience. Purchase between 2 and 10k euro worth of gold. Above 2k you can pay by wire transfer (free). Bellow 10k I heard there was no declaration necessary for delivery in France. As it was gold only (It's important), there was no VAT to pay. No import duty also, not sure why. Anyway eventually, I only pay what to Goldavenue, without anything else due to the import/VAT for a delivery to France. I was not so sure about it before the delivery.
After they receive your money, you directly get a AWB number, but for some reason, it takes few days to gives any tracking result, maybe because I choose the cheap delivery, so they make you wait. Not a big deal, but as it was a first purchase it got me nervous.
Eventually, everything went fine, will definitely buy again when I get the opportunity.

All went good; that they use personal delivery (ID check by post guy) option than just regular delivery is excellent, I have a neighbor with idetical names so it avoids confusion!

The service is very good. I erroneously put the wrong code on my order. The service to customers answered me courteously and corrected the error, I am happy with Gold avenue!
