This is the second time I have ordered silver from G&S Online. The representatives were helpful and friendly. The product arrived within one week of ordering. Deducted one star because the coins had signs of being handled (finger smudges and prints). Would have preferred that the coins were cleaned before shipping.

The website is extremely easy to navigate. Im also in the military overseas, and finding out they had a solution (using the phone to place orders) was fantastic. Also, being overseas I expected the product to take longer than normal to get to me- not at all 🙂 I'm quite happy with the helpfulness of the customer service and definitely plan on using them again.

I ordered some Silver coins, silver bar, and a few gold coins. For me, it was a bit difficult setting up the ACH transaction, but once it was done everything from that point proceeded as I expected. I called the service hotline and got prompt one on one assistance getting set up and they were able to answer all my questions that I had. From that point the transaction proceeded as expected and all my goods arrived in a nice and carefully packed box in about one week. You can expect excellent customer service from GAS online and that makes a very positive impact especially since I am a "rookie" with ordering anything online much less precious medals/commodities for investments. I will be looking forward to ordering from them again.

After some fits and starts, like not reaslly being able to 1) set up an account and 2) place an order on line, the process was in the end reliable and satisfactory. When i called in, the rep was helpful, but the process was a bit lengthy.
