When you order something as a gift the presentation is a huge part of it. We ordered an Orchid flower and a book. The Orchid flower was covered in dust and super dirty. All the roots were showing off. One of the leaves was cut in half. It was an embarrassment to hear that from the person who received it. The high price for such a tasteless delivery is a ripoff. The gift wrap of the book was torn! It was such a poor taste of design and wrapping. It was like a 4-year-old gift-wrapped the book. Even a 4-year-old would have done a better job. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Such a high price for the cheap quality product and presentation!

One star is even overrated. The flower they delivered was very cheap, dirty and covered in dust. They did not even bother to clean the leaves of the Orchid. All the roots were showing up, and one of the leaves was broken. The book was wrapped in a broken ugly gift wrap. When you order a gift, presentation matters. I was embarrassed hearing about the low quality cheap products they delivered. I will not recommend this service to anyone. It's better not to give anything to your loved ones than this embarassament called Golbazar. Don't waste your money on this website.

Absolutely not recommend. I have been a customer for years but every year this company gets worst. The last two months, I placed two orders. With the first, they did even look at the comments on my order, did not include name of the sender with the delivery and the person who got it, had no idea where it came from. Last week, I placed and order and got a confirmation for delivery on Sunday. No delivery was made, no notification was sent that they are not able to deliver and this morning, after trying three time to get a status update, I get an email that it was sent by post but needs three days to get there. No apologies and no comments as to why they did not communicate this sooner. They are NOT able to speak English regardless of what they advertise. Every communication is sent in Farsi. Their website is horrible 鈥?functions do not work, it is slow and again, it only works partially at best if you try to use English. Last but not least, they try to cheat customers by sending extremely poor-quality products or downsizing your order even though you pay a very high price. As embarrassing as it sounds, you always have to ask the person who got the delivery about the details to make sure, it is what was promised to you and what you actually purchased. Shameful !

I am very happy with all of my orders and I always recommend Golbazar to many of my friends, who are not living in Iran and they want to buy flowers or gifts for their family or their friends . 鉂わ笍

I ordered the flower, but by mistake I put the delivery date two days later . One day before actual date I realized it and emailed them to deliver it tomorrow and they did. I鈥檓 very happy with their service. Also flower is exactly looks like the picture. Thanks.

Never again I will order there.
I paid 32 euros for delivering flowers on someone's birthday and ordered in advance. One day after delivery date, this is still not delivered.
0 news from the customer support and didn't do any sh it. Fu ck them

Horrible customer service! Unresponsive! Delivered the order very late around 11 pm local time! Conversion rate is ridiculously high!

This is just a sham! The service is the worst, and the profit they make (the conversion rate they use) is ridiculous. You can find much better deals other places.

For the first time, I decided to use the Golbazar website to send two packages to my brother in Tehran. Unfortunately, the first time they attempted to deliver, my brother was not home to receive the package so I called to request a second delivery. Golbazar was able to send the package for the second time that same day! Excellent customer service! Flowers looked exactly the same as the picture. I鈥檓 so happy and I definitely be a returning customer!. After living 35 years in USA, it feels amazing to send flowers and goodies to my loved ones knowing they get exactly what I requested.

It was my first experience. I can assure you about quality and timing. Prices are a little more when you are paying by foreign currency but its still reasonable.
I recommend it for sure.
