My laptop fried after a liquid spill, i figured it had no hope. Tech told me i needed a dell laptop motherboard replacement. Purchased one from golaptopparts.com and it solved my problem indeed.

Golaptopparts was able to provide fast shipping and they answered all of my questions very thoroughly. The technician working on my laptop installed their motherboard, worked like a charm. My laptop is alive once again!!!

our school district procured 55 Dell laptop keyboards from golaptopparts, they were professional but the best aspect was the quality of the keyboards we received. We would surely buy from them again and have allocated them in our preferred vendor database for Dell parts in the future.

This place is a SCAM. DO NOT ORDER from them. Impossible to contact anyone. No shipping conformation, but you get charged right away. its been 8 days and no conformation on anything. I emailed them twice and havent heard back.

I don't even know where to start! First of all, I ordered a dell inverter for my laptop and paid for two day shipping. Not to mention it took a month for me to receive it and I've sent so many emails to them and I only got one back saying that I will be receiving my item shortly. I had a tracking number available but nothing would change and it seemed as if it was stuck in their warehouse for over 3wks! I will never order anything from them EVER again! They are the worst distributors ever!!! I wish I could give them NO stars! Oh yea, you can't even get a hold of anyone either…their website says that you can talk to someone but that is totally B.S.!!!

I ordered $350+ worth of laptop parts. Expedited 2nd day shipment. They charged my CC the day after the order. It has been 4 weeks with no shipment. They did send me a "status" email with a link to FedEx that indicated, quite comicly, that the shipment was still in their warehouse another 4 days… unreal. To top it all off, they finally get around to shipping the package and they ship to the wrong address!!

I ordered a Dell Studio 1757 backlit keyboard on the 14th of September 2010 and was notified on the 23rd that it had been shipped. Two weeks later I still have no shipping information, and no keyboard. I have emailed them twice over a two week period and have attemtped calling "over normal business hours" and have gotten nothing in return. Its been 3 weeks. No part, no shipping information, no return contact from the company. I would give them negative stars if I could….

I ordered a motherboard for my computer, didn't use the part, so I requested an RMA # so that I could send the part back. The website states that you can recieve a full refund if the part is returned the same way it was delivered and if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. Golaptopparts.com recieved the part I sent back within 30 days of my purchase; cost me $23 in shipping and handling that I don't expect to be reimbursed for, but the shorted me $70 on my refund. The return policy I read before ordering the part seems to be subject to change without notice or explanation. I would order computer parts from another distributor.

I purchased a motherboard for my Latitude laptop and it worked perfectly. I received it within 5-8 days. It did take a day or two to process my order, however, I did receive a good quality product.

They sent me a broken PC Charger. You cannot call them, you get a recording and they never call back. All e-mail inquiries go unanswered. I too reported them to Amex. This company blows!!!

I entered an on-line order for a Dell Graphics Fan. I needed it immediately and paid for next day shipping (approx 100% of the cost of the item). My credit card was charged immediately. This is now 4 days and no part. Called their "contact number" during their "regular business hours". Received a recording saying their hours, and to email any issues. No personal contact available at all. I went to another website and ordered the fan and received it this afternoon. I am reporting them to AMEX and the BBB.
